    The filter is not what I am questioning. When the furnace was initially installed the blower went out within 6 months of us moving into this brand new home, the furnace was never as quiet as it was initially.

    What struck me the most is how CSA handled a request to talk to a manager. This review is for how the situation was handled. The lack of unprofessionalism as a woman called and yelled at my husband is the reason for this review. CSA said our warranty was "voided" I had another furnace company come out, and they called the furnace manufacturer and ordered the wheel that is still under warranty, working great now.p

    I just received an invoice from CSA.

    About a month or two ago, CSA was sent out by Arive Homes to repair our Air Condition unit that has not worked properly since it was installed.

    The invoice is for:

    Change Filter
    Charge Air Conditioning and Wipe it Down
    Derate Furnace
    Make sure AC is running and functioning properly

    The problem is, none of that was actually completed. When the tech came out, he and I enjoyed a good conversation on how poorly the system was installed, but no work was actually completed. He wrote down some notes, and told me he would get back to me the following day—which never happened.

    To this day I still have not heard from CSA since, or had them come back.

    I have reported them to the State Department of Licensing for fraud, and am reaching out to Gephardt and others to see what is the beat course of action, when being defrauded by a contractor.

    I wouldn't use them again. 5 visits to complete the job. Inconvenienced to leave work multiple days to meet them because they couldn't keep to a schedule and wouldn't respond when I called to ask them if they were still coming. The invoice was sent a month later with a due date of the same day it was sent (via email). I had 2 hours to make a payment before it would be considered late. I told them that wasn't acceptable and to send me an invoice with a due date of the following week. Invoice was sent after a second request. Payment was made over the phone. Receipt was sent via email with the correct "paid on" date but the due date was changed back to the original date showing I made a late payment. Shady behavior. That can't be legal. Workmanship was so so but I will have to have someone else come back out (a different company) to clean up the wiring and piping they did.

    CSA installed a/c and furnace replacements in our home. I am completely satisfied with the workmanship, equipment performance and personal interaction with CSA. The equipment was installed on time and performed as described. CSA price was competitive. I would without hesitation recommend CSA .

    Furnace went out - called and they were here within an hour. Changed out the furnace. Service was prompt and professional. Pricing was excellent! Do yourself a favor and call CSA for all your HVAC needs.

    Don’t go in for an interview if you have a medical marijuana card the owner will treat you like a junkie. Receptionist was extremely nice and the crew lead guy seemed like a good dude. 2021 #no stigma
