Derek came and checked out our venting pipes due to some issues with our water heater. He called later thinking of another thing we should do, came back later in evening (probably when his work day was done) and extended the piping which should help the issue. The thinking about the case and trying to make it right meant a lot. Great, great service.

Best experience ever I would give them 10 stars if I could. They came out walked me through every thing giving me all my options when they quoted the furnace and AC. I truly believe they will not sell you something you don't need. They are very reasonable on there pricing. They showed up on time and did an outstanding job on the installation, cleaned up after words and walked me through everything. You can tell when someone loves there job and is good at it. I'm here to tell you I would not hesitate to give them a call and make sure you have Tre come take care of your needs he is awesome. They installed a new thermostat and new furnace and AC unit.

Stayed late to get the job done right even on a Friday night. This says a lot about a company and his character, he could have cut some Corners to get the job done quicker but he knew the quality wouldn't have been as good and he wanted to make sure I had a perfect system. My technician Jose was great! Super friendly and professional. I explained to him that someone had already been here to charge the lines once because the AC wasn’t blowing very cold (we have a brand new house). After that he did some research on his end of the business and found that what I said was true, so he checked for leaks and found one inside. I appreciate he wasn’t afraid to work and get the lines fixed. The information I passed to him he used and solved my problem! He was great and needs a raise!!
