    I have used CSA many times (for different houses). Each time they have been fantastic to work with. Easy to schedule, fast bids, good pricing for great work. Derrick & Dakota were knowledgeable, fast and polite. Bonus points for cleaning everything up!

    Tre came out and recharged our condenser unit. He was very reasonably priced and kind. He could have come out a few days before, but the temperature wasn't ideal to do the recharge. Rather than try to force it he called and rescheduled. I had two other companies come out before that were charging several times more for different services. Give CSA a try for your next HVAC need. If it's anything like our experience you'll be happy you did!

    We had our home built by Arive almost 3 years ago. We thought we would be proactive and hire a company to come and service our HVAC; it was another company, not CSA Heating & Air.

    We were informed that there were leaks in both of our AC units that were related to the installation. We had another company come to give us a second opinion and they confirmed as well that there were leaks related to the installation. Both companies, independent of one another, indicated that there would not have been any leaks if the installation was done properly.

    We reached out to Arive, who informed us that CSA Heating & Air was was the company who did the installation. CSA Heating & Air was responsive in setting up an appointment.

    Tre came out and also confirmed there were leaks. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy and cold, so he couldn’t complete the full repair. He was able to crimp what was needed to stop further leakage. Derick came back to complete the work.

    Both Tre and Derick were pleasant, professional, and thorough in explaining what it was they were going to do or did. They also seemed to try to get the work done as soon and as efficient as they could.

    While we appreciate the work done by these gentlemen, we were disappointed that CSA Heating & Air charged us to fix something that was related to their installation simply because we were “outside the one-year warranty” period. If they had taken ownership of their faulty installation, they would have made the repairs at no cost to us.

    My review is not about the employees or workmanship, but the owner and how she treats her employees, as well as customers. She is very toxic to her employees, and the way she treats customers is no different (see reviews about yelling, screaming, and cursing at customers). I, as well as other employees are embarrassed by the way she talks to other employees, customers, and the way she talks about customers in the office. Better change your filters or be ready for a tongue lashing. Unfortunately for csa, she is the face of the company, not in a good way. It's sad that even some the other trades, and suppliers know of her, as she's been on site yelling, screaming and cursing at them. I've noticed that some of the "5 star" reviews are from friends and relatives. This is the only employer ever to get a negative review from me, and probably my only negative review on Google. I feel sorry for anyone who is present when she reads this!

    CSA has saved me in tight spots more than once, when I wasn't able to find any other HVAC company to help with some urgent issues. They have gone above and beyond for me several times, and have consistently given me excellent service. They are always very polite and professional and make sure everything is working before they go, not just whatever I originally called about, and take time to explain things to me in a way I understand. I trust them to deal fairly and professionally with me.

    We had an issue with our AC not working in our new build with Century homes. Jamie at the office was awesome and friendly and got someone to come out same day. They’re very prompt and responsive and called on time and said they’ll arrive when they did. Derick was our technician and he explained exactly what he was going to do to troubleshoot, explained what the potential problems are with the new builds and gave us a time estimate that was accurate. He was really kind, didnt make a mess, and fixed our issue. There was a leak and he was able to repair it fast. Awesome service from the first call with Jamie to the service with Derick. Love when business works like this.

    CSA saved me thousands of dollars and has won my trust and business. I had another HVAC come out to do an AC tune up in late Spring because they had a promotion. The owner's son was the technician and found a refrigerant leak so he put some dye in the system to see if there were any other leaks and provided a quote to fix them. The price was a shock, but better than replacing the system. Not wanting to spend an arm and a leg, I reached out to the original installer of the system (CSA). They stood by their 5 year warranty and sent out a tech who crimped the connection where the leak was coming from and recharged the system.

    Fast forward a couple weeks into the heat of Summer and our system started to freeze up, which can kill the compressor and makes for a hot house. I was afraid the leak was back and called CSA to take a look. Their visit today revealed that refrigerant levels were fine - no leak. The issue is that the wiring for the cooling cycle had been changed so it was only getting half of the proper air flow, which is why the system had been freezing up. This isn't just a switch that was bumped, but a wire that had been moved from 1400 to 700 cubic feet per minute. The CSA tech fixed the wiring and the AC is now running just fine - I can hear and feel the difference immediately.

    They didn't point fingers at anybody (said it could have been that way from the factory), but my system was fine last Summer and the only company that has been in there besides CSA (who covers their work with a warranty and has no intrinsic motivation to create a problem with the system) is the other HVAC company that did the tune up. I'm trying to believe that the wiring change was just an honest mistake and not an effort to create a problem to make more money. At any rate, CSA is the hero of the story today. They were honest, prompt, professional, and I happily pay for their service so long as they maintain that standard.

    As much as this company tried to do the right, it was all undone when we asked for a second opinion to find out why the condenser kept freezing. All we ever wanted was an A/C system that would keep our home cool and heated at the right time and we are left with a bad experience with no desire to use this company ever again. I cannot recommend them. Very unprofessional when dealing with my wife. Not what I'd expect from a company at this level. Am I sad about a voided warranty? Not at all. I know a good company would have gone out of their way to make things right straight from the beginning.
