Great customer service. Very informative every step of the way. Did furnace and water heater replacement at same time. Chris went above and beyond for this install. He was a lone ranger for most of it except for when Nathan helped load in the furnace and water heater and removal of the old. Both were professional and informative. Bless Chris for his million trips up and down out steep stairs as well as answering a billion questions to make sure everything is just right! Kudos to these guys for a job well done. I appreciate your service.

Wow, what an experience! Let's start by saying the first furnace install 11 years ago wasn't the best, but it wasn't bad enough not to call back. Let's just say I'm overly impressed with the service. If I could rate 20 stars, I would.
It started off this time with a part replacement, without the serial number or exact model. It was no where to be found. I called in hopes they had it on record, which they didn't. I spoke with Rachel, she was absolutely awesome. She searched and worked with the tech in the office to find and piece together the part and even the serial number. I got the part a few weeks later, unfortunately it wasn't the problem. I called back to have them do a service call and found out there was much bigger problems and it would need to be replaced. Again, Rachel killed it and got Chris on the job and the furnace was replaced the next day. I was completely shocked at the speed and level of service, Let's just say it was the best mechanical experience I've ever experienced.
Just to note, I was doing this for my elderly parent who lives 50 miles from this business. I am 450 miles further away. They took this stress of no heat in December for an elderly parent completely disappear. My gratitude to their service is overwhelming.

I was having trouble with my toilets and main sewer line.. Alex was very nice tried his best to resolve the problem unfortunately after paying $330 I am still in need of finding another company to come and try to fix it.. Because of my service I received with Alex I am going to schedule future services with Champion for my furnace and air ducts to be clean..

Having furnace issues in the dead of Winter in Wyoming would almost sound like a nightmare! A nightmare unless you call Champion Services and Chris Cummings comes to the rescue! Chris could possibly be the “Furnace Whisperer”! He quickly diagnosed the issue, had the parts on the way as quickly as possible, and had our furnace up and running at 100%. Trust me if you have furnace problems call Champion Services and request Chris…the “Furnace Whisperer”! My whole family thanks you Chris!!! Plus you kill it in those little orange footies! Five stars for Chris!

they completely installed a new boiler unit and hot water heater in one day, they stayed until it was completed. We were never without water or heat for longer then 12 hours. Great service and professional employees. They had stated that it would take 2 days and it was completed day one. Very satisfied!!!

I was in an airport in California when my phone blew up with frantic messages that my sewer has plugged and sewage is everywhere in my house. Did I say my plane was on the runway and heading for take off? I had to turn it off and think about
this for 2 1/2 hours. My husband is disabled and totally unable to do anything. By the time I landed the day was almost over. I called Champion and left a message which was promptly returned. They had a team In Kemmerer, Alex and John, who went directly to my home. By the time I pulled into my driveway they were done and disaster alleviated. Thank you so much everyone.

I had a water pipe burst and they came quickly and resolved the problem. The men were courteous and professional. They are now my go to for home repairs.
