I reached out to replace my HVAC system in my house. Joseph has been great with follow up during my decision making and addressing concerns I had. They were willing to relocate my outdoor unit and even though it made the job much more difficult they talked me through the process and made sure I was ok with how the change needed to happen.

Joseph has followed up since the installation to ensure I was satisfied and even sent Tyler to verify the system was working properly weeks later.

Just had my furnace and AC serviced and all I can say is that I was very impressed! My appointment was scheduled for between 10-12 AM and I received a phone call from Tyler, the service technician, letting me know he was on his way and what time to expect him. He arrived 5 minutes before 10 AM just like he said he would. Tyler was on time, extremely professional, very knowledgeable about his job, and even played with my 1 year old son who was very interested in what he was doing. Tyler was very thorough and paid attention to all the details. I didn’t feel like he rushed through anything and made sure everything was done right. He answered every question I had and even gave me some recommendations on what I could do to have my system more efficient. The price of the service was better than the competition and I personally feel like they truly care about their customers. They exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this company! I’m a customer for life!

I was looking for someone to clean my HVAC system since the winter season was coming to a close so I gave Superior Comfort a call. Joe was very professional and had a lot of knowledge. He even explained it to me so I understood what needed to be done. He also gave me a great price for what I was needing ( duct & vent cleaning/maintenance). Just moved into my house and had the crew at Superior Comfort Heating and Air come give my HVAC system a check and to repair any problems with it. Scheduling my appointment was a breeze and they were able to get me on their schedule quickly. They arrived on time and were very kind and professional. After checking over my HVAC system, they recommended air filters to use and provided great explanations on why. They even took the time to answer my questions about my thermostat! I have newer digital thermostat and they gave me the run down on how to use it and the numerous modes correctly to help lower my electric bill. If you are in the market to have your HVAC inspected or to have one installed and want it done by a company that is knowledgeable and professionalI, then I highly recommend this company!

Was having an issue with my furnace at my rental property, had a couple of companies come out and take a look, One said I needed a new system, the other said it was $1700 in repairs, Call Superior and spoke with Joe, they got out there right away and identified that it was just in need of a new circuit board, total was just a few hundred for everything. over 1k less less than what next lowest quoted price, it has been working flawlessly since, appreciated the honest diagnosis and only repairing what was truly necessary. customer for life now.

Joe B. was great to work with. He was very prompt and was able to pinpoint the issue with my system quickly and get it fixed. This company had great service and I would highly recommend them. I will be calling again for all future heating and air conditions needs.
