They did a great job getting our furnace in. The prices were more than I was expecting, but after a couple other bids they were still the lowest price and by quite a bit. And their explanations and discussion was very helpful. They spent good time telling us what and why and how things would/do work.

We also added a UV purifier and ozone generator. They explained how they work and also the quality and research they had done to find a reputable company to work with and get the purifier from.

While they were working they did things the right way (a problem I have had with OTHER people in the past). They fixed the duct work under the furnace to improve efficiency, moved the water heater a bit to fit the new furnace, even replaced our broken thermometer. Then they followed up with encouraging us to get it checked out by the city inspector. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism to get things done right.

These guys are very quick and very professional with competitive pricing. Kristopher helped me out while I was out of town. They figured out the problem quickly and Kristopher sent me pictures verifying what he told me. Their customer service is great Kristopher listened and treated my situation with care. Absolute comfort, heating, and air gave such good service! Their employees are friendly, courteous, and really know their stuff. Not only did they do maintenance work on my furnace, but they checked my fireplaces and cleaned them. They also gave me some pointers in how to get the most out of my fireplace and encouraged me to get a hold of them if I ever had any questions. I would highly recommend them.

Bryce and his assistant were great. They were here about 15 minutes after I called. ( really thought it would take days) they went right to work and did a wonderful job. Tony and his crew were professional and courteous. They engineered a heating and air conditioning system that was a retrofit to an inadequate system placed by our contractor when the home was built. We are so grateful that Absolute Comfort had the extensive experience base to figure out this complicated situation. Our home is heated and cooled better than it ever was. Good job Absolute Comfort!

Our fireplace was having issues. They came nearly an hour after we called. The service was so fast, efficient and decently priced. Awesome customer service! Definitely recommend!

Our home has 2 HVAC systems, and both were having issues such that they needed to be replaced (I got a second opinion on that, and confirmed that yes, replacement was the best path). After getting quotes from four different companies, I went with Absolute Comfort, and I'm happy I did.

Not only did they install better systems than the other guys had proposed (dual fuel, high efficiency, with great warranties), but they were able to beat the other guy's prices too. Plus they provided me with exactly what I needed to get the rebates and tax incentives, making those applications super easy.

Best of all, they stood behind their install. I had a minor issue with one of the systems after the initial install (they figured out there was a setting deep in the manual that needed to be changed to fit my situation). They came out quickly, resolved it, and shared with me exactly what was going on. I'm always pleased with a company that stands behind their work and does right by their customers.

Absolute comfort was fantastic. My ac went down the night before, and they called me back early in the morning. The receptionist kc (Casey?) Was polite and friendly and had Brycen out and everything diagnosed and fixed up by about noon.
He was very well spoken and professional, he told me what the problem was, what I could do to maintain my system, offered maintenance options without being pushy, and was patient with my questions.

Having a furnace and air conditioner over 20 plus years old I was one day searching Rocky Mountain Power’s website for contractors calling each one on the list when I had an impression I should call Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning. At first, I didn’t listen to the prompting and called a few more on the list without finding a single person to talk to, only computers. Then the impression came again so I called Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning and what to my surprise I talked to Kristopher.

Kristopher was very positive and detailed without being pushy and is clearly a multi-talented individual with knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm (we won’t comment on his handlebar mustache). He was only 10 minutes away from our house when I called. He turned around and with the enthusiasm and willingness to help us, his suggestions and ideas proved most beneficial to our decision to purchase an Amana heat pump and furnace system.

The Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning Team members (Tony, Brycen, and Ashton) were experienced and professional through the whole installation process. They started early in the morning and even shared their lunch with us. The removal of the old system and installation of the new heat pump and furnace, cleanup outside and inside was completed without a hitch. Each time questions were asked Tony would explain the process and rehearse what they were installing and how it was going to help us and our health for the future.
Brycen installed the outside equipment and coolant while Tony and Ashton worked on the inside. Then Brycen with his attention to details calibrated the equipment to work together for the most efficiency and worthwhile system.
