We were impressed with the explanation of what we needed and the presentation of options. We felt confident they knew what they were doing because they took the time to explain their business model and qualifications. They were quick to get us scheduled and even left a portable room cooler to help in the meantime! Technician was personable and cleaned up well when he was done.

Kristopher and Tony went above and beyond getting our furnace up and running. They diagnosed, repaired and also cleaned our system. They found the root cause to be a wiring issue and if plugged in would burn out the circuit board again, and so we expected to have an electrician come in to repair the problem before they completed the job but instead they found a spare part in their truck and fixed it themselves! I am so excited to have heat in our home again :D. These two were great and if I ever have another related issue, they’d be the first I’d call.

Fast and efficient workers! Answering all questions! Friendly and patient! I trust these people to give me true advice about my needs for my heater and air conditioner. I will definitely always call Absolute Comfort ! These guys are small business people working hard and honestly to take care of their families . They are not the large business using tricks to get you to spend more money.

The most important thing with a HVAC company is someone that will be honest with you and not just trying to sell you something. I have used many companies but these guys are by far the most honest I have dealt with and have saved us thousands from what other companies said we needed. I have now used them on 4 different buildings and would recommend that you please try them you will not be disappointed.

We had a great experience with Absolute Comfort. Kristopher explained exactly what was going wrong with our AC. He even did what he could to get it working with as little cost as possible, which we really appreciated. In the end we decided to get a new unit, and they scheduled us quickly. Tony installed the new unit and was thorough, making sure everything worked right before he left. Both men I worked with were respectful and helpful. They even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working well and that we were completely satisfied. They also had the best price I could find in the area.

Absolute comfort was great to work with. They were professional, timely, and well priced. Our furnace and AC system was over 30 years old and it was past time for a replacement. Tony and his crew made the process easy and painless. We're extremely satisfied with the service and the product. I would highly recommend using this company and will not hesitate to have them service my new equipment regularly in the future.

We met Absolute at the Home Show in Layton and were impressed with the friendliness and eagerness for them to come out to our house and fix our heating problem.
They arrived when they said they would and the gentleman who came out was very friendly (Tony) and worked efficiently and got our heater up and running in no time at all! He explained the problem and went over different cost options and we would highly recommend Tony as a repairman!
The only thing I was disappointed with was that the man who we talked to at the show told us that our $50 diagnostic fee would be waived if our repair was over $250 (which ours was just over $400). They did add that $50 fee into our repair cost and when I followed up with an email I was told I needed to join a club to get that which we weren't told about. That is the reason for the 4 stars but other than that, everything was great!

These guys are so upfront and honest! Such a great experience from the receptionist, to the purchase options of a new unit, to the final installation. They truly care about their customers. Thanks again to all of you!! If I could I would give you 6 stars! 😉

Kristopher was incredibly fast, professional and responsive on Thanksgiving Day no less. Thank you Kristopher for immediately coming to our rescue. We hope you were still able to enjoy Thanksgiving with your family.

They, first off, were willing to reschedule our appt when it was too cold out in the middle of may to have our swamp cooler turned on. Then they spent almost 2 hours working through several problems with the swamp cooler we inherited with our new house and were pleasant the entire time, even showing us where we could hook up a hose so it doesnt drain onto the roof. They also took time to look into and work on getting us a quote for when we would want to change to central ac at our request with no extra charge. They were absolutely wonderful and we will definitely use them in the future! Our pets also quite enjoyed the attention they received! Several weeks after the appt we even got a thank you card for choosing them for our business. This is how businesses should run!
