Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC

I waited a few months to leave this review so i could do it justice. I want to thanks Kris, Colt, Tony, and i think his name was Brendon for the awesome work. Our HVAC system went out in mid August. Kris came out and we went over options and we made our choice. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We didn't have a way to Cool the house so Kris was nice enough to bring us a portable AC unit until they could install the System on Sept 2.
We went with the 97% efficiency, 16 seer, choice because of the awesome rebates that came with it. While on the subject of the rebates, Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning made it super easy. Kris sent me the links i needed to go to. He also sent me all the information i needed on the invoice to receive those rebates. It took about 2 weeks to get the rebates but that was 2800$ in savings on the system installed. Which i might add i am pleased with.
Colt and Brendon showed up on time on went to work. I wasn't comfortable with just random people at the house; and they were super cool with me basically hovering and asking a ton of questions about the process and just BSing with them while they worked. I know a lot of contractors that would of been bugged by my hovering.They showed me the parts they were installing and walked me through the process. Tony, their boss showed up about midway through to see how the project was going. They cleaned the work area after they were finished and i'd say were all around professional and polite. About 2 weeks after installing they sent me some wonderful flowers thanking me for using them. (The wife loved them btw)
So my unit has been running now for about 2 full months. I've seen a MASSIVE drop in my power bill from before. Which is amazing to see. I can honestly say that the unit so far is working as it should. We've had no issues in anyway. So to finish this review, if you're on the fence on whether or not to hire these guys, hire them. They're Local, and You get what you pay for, and these guys are good.

Called Absolute Heating and AC after my AC unit stopped working. I spoke with the scheduler over the phone who was beyond friendly and set me up for the next day between 12 and 4PM. Brycen showed up an hour early and had my AC up and going within minutes. Blown away doesn't begin to describe how I feel about Absolute HVAC. I will be working with them in the future and definitely referring them.

Awesome experience!! When I first called to get a quote I was contacted about 10 minutes after the fact and was met the same day! They gave me a great deal for a new furnace and an air conditioner. The installers were extremely professional and polite and got the job done the same day, keeping in mind my house had a very small crawl space and was not previously fitted for and air conditioning unit. I am extremely pleased with the entire experience, from the customer service to the expert install of the units. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you’re in the market for HVAC services!!!!!

Absolute comfort were very professional from the first time we met them for a bid on our new furnace/ AC. They went over all the different options, until we got the best high efficiency unit for the best price. They all took COVID-19 precautions throughout the whole thing. On install day they worked 10+ hours to get the job done. We are very happy with our new furnace, and would recommend Absolute comfort to anyone needing any HVAC work!

4th of July weekend during a record-setting drought is a bad time to have your home air conditioning system go on the fritz. Absolute Comfort responded to my email inquiry within a couple of hours (impressive, considering the fact that it was a holiday) and booked an appointment for the very next morning.
The technician explained everything he was doing, every step of the way, and made recommendations for me to consider before committing. The problem was identified and the system repaired and running like new in much less time than I anticipated.
I couldn't be happier with the service from Absolute Comfort. So happy that I found them on Google!

This is the first time I have used these guys and I am very impressed. My AC broke and because I work from home it was important to me to get it fixed quickly. They had it completely fixed within a few hours after I called them. They had to change out the blower assembly because it fell apart. I was impressed that they were able to determine what the issue was, get the new part and have it replaced within a few hours. That is outstanding service. In fact, I was so impressed that I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. I highly recommend them.

Absolute Comfort was awesome! My wife and I just purchased a house in Ogden and wanted to make sure the furnace was going to run as good as it can for its age. They came out and did a very detailed inspection on the furnace and even sent me an email with all of the notes, recommendations, and even PHOTOS!

So glad someone referred these guys! We’ve been out of AC for about a month. We were going with a different company at first but they just kept pushing our dates back, so not very professional. With these hot summer days - we couldn’t wait any longer. Called Absolute Comfort on Friday, they were here that next Monday! Tony was very professional and friendly, did the job quick and right at a great price! Highly recommend!

These guys were awesome. From the very first appointment with Kristopher, to our install day with Colt and Brycen. Punctual, awesome quality of work, explained things to my wife and I. Couldn’t be happier with their service. Definitely would recommend and will use these guys for future projects/maintenance.

We couldn't get our house heated. Called Absolute Comfort Heating and they were able to immediately dispatch someone. They fixed the thermostat and also suggested a replacement of the furnace or at least a good cleaning. We had no idea how filthy it was. We were able to schedule a day and time for the cleaning. They were on time, polite, courteous and got the job done in a timely manner. I'd highly recommend Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning.
