had these guys come out and do a tune-up on my hvac system. they were very professional. showed up on time and very knowledgeable. turned out my system was pretty old and had some issues. they gave me a competitive bid to replace my A/C and furnace. they had easy financing available through the credit union. so decided to have them do the work. they came back again when they said kept me informed about the upcoming install and even worked me in a little sooner when I asked them to. the install went very smooth and I couldn't be happier with my new system. highly recommend these guys.

They were at my home less than an hour after I submitted a claim through my home warranty and had my new furnace installed the next day. The whole process took less than 24 hours. They are awesome!

What a great team, called them at 5 at night on a Friday for a free quote and they came out the following Monday and had me scheduled for a furnace/ac install less than two weeks later! We have been having issues with our AC freezing over in the summers, the last two years, and our house is less then 3 years old??

We had two technicians come out previously. One that was not affiliated with the builder and told us to use a smaller filter (one inch vs 4 inch). The other was from the company that installed the AC, and told us it was the number of vents that were closed and or open, and also told us to use the smaller filters!! Only to have it happen again this summer.

As far as Absolute Comfort.... First of all, Kristopher called within minutes andactually read my issue on home advisor, when we submitted a request to five vendors for another technician to come check out system.
It was a Sunday, and he took the time to explain that our frustration was common and would send out a technician to test the system (system output and temperature, given vents, sq footage, etc) and ensure the system specs would support or meet the size of the house needs for $75. They happily worked with our schedule to come as soon as possible.
Tony came and tested the system, as promised, and put our worries to rest!! He said the system was rated for a larger house; however, that was not an issue. He recommended using MERV 8 and 4 inch filters. He said anything higher would inhibit the air flow.

Tony was very courteous and professional!! He also took the time to explain what the test involved and the associated results.

It is a rare to find a company that is great at what they do, honor the quote, explain what their doing, and provide honest results!!

We will definitely share this company with our friends and family!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! As new home owners my husband and I were a bit nervous in having to higher an HVAC service to help with our new smart home thermostat. I called over 5 different business in the area and all were either unable to come out on the same day OR the prices were much higher (approximate >$100 per quote) than what Absolute Comfort provided us. Kris came out today; he was on time, fast with installation and incredibly professional (and kind!). We are certainly signing up for their semi-annual maintenance service in 2021 because of our experience today. Thank you!

Did a great job replacing our ac and furnace. They even added a wire to make sure our nest thermostat was working. They came out on a Sunday and dropped off a couple of space heaters for us to use until they were able to replace our unit. Very knowledgeable , professional, reasonably priced, and friendly. I definitely recommend them.

The men that came out to fix our air conditioner were extremely thorough and very informative. They really knew what they were doing and helped us find the best price for what we needed. I also appreciated them taking their time to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Excellent service and company I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Came out promptly, were very professional, and covid safe. They also explained everything so I felt like I know my new system. We shopped around and they were very well priced and had the best reviews. I have only had the system for a few days but it's night and day difference. Would highly recommend them to friends and family. Our nest report already said we have used 50% less electricity with the same inside temperatures.
