Nathaniel came to my rescue on time, respectful, knowledgeable and very polite when he realized the issue was a seriously dumb mistake on my part! He didn’t poke fun, or make me feel stupid even when it would’ve been totally fine and well received in this scenario.
I was very impressed with him and I made an appointment for a different “actual” problem that I have every confidence will be handled in the same manner.

I was hesitant to call Champion for a plumbing issue at first just because their prices are a little higher, but after having an absolutely awful experience with their main local competitors, I had to make the decision and hope it was a “get what you pay for” type scenario. And I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Their first visit resulted in no real solution to the problem and I was left with more questions and worries than before. After speaking with the amazing and professional office ladies, I had a whole team of techs at my house the next day. I had to work so I wasn’t able to be home to speak with them about the scenario but they were great about calling me every step of the way and explaining everything as they went. The operations manager then spoke with me and did a great job of explaining what the issue was, what they did to fix it and even what I could do to prevent it from happening again. From the new tech in training, to the ladies in the office, all the way up to the operations manager, everyone was courteous, communicative, and professional. I would absolutely recommend Champion services to anyone for your plumbing needs. Big thanks to everyone involved. 5 stars all around

We had all of our outlets to our family room not work and one was fried and charred. Called champion and they were able to get Garth out to look at the outlets within the hour. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to fix the issue quickly. Will definitely recommend and use for any future electrical needs

I used them for plumbing and they suckkkk! And demanded payment!!!! They made the problem worse. When Champion left my house that evening, my sewer was backing up and they wouldn’t answer any messages left with their on call answering service. My basement flooded. They never found the problem, but wanted me to pay for more services rendered the follow Monday. Which they never even showed up and they didn’t even call to say they weren’t coming. Do not use Champion for any service. They lack in integrity, honesty, not to mention dependability!!!

Thank You Alex and Arty. They called ahead before they arrived. Diagnosed the problem. They wore boot covers to keep my carpet clean, very polite, answered all my questions.

They pulled the toilet inspected the sewer lines and cleaned reinstalled toilet with a new wax ring. Cleaned up

Opened sewer clean out under my house cleaned the main line got the blockage cleared checked with the camera and flushed all sinks, showers, toilets etc everything flowing perfect now. They worked efficiently and did a great job. Thank you

Appointment was very easy to make. Chris, service tech, was very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. No pressure when we asked about new system. Will continue to use!

Chris was prompt. Very knowledgeable and immediately went to work. He found the fuse he needed and discovered a severely clogged air filter, which appeared to be the source of the furnace shutting down. I will definitely request Chris when I need hvac service in the future.

I noticed that both our toilets would not flush to completion, and when the washer was on, during the drain cycle it would over flow into the toilets.
Called to have the issue fixed that morning.
The same day around noon they came so that was speedy timing.
By the time I got home I put back the toilet (that I opted I’d do) in hopes that the issue was finally resolved, it was not.
Both toilets will not flush all the water out like before, and just sit in the bowl. Same thing with the washer drain cycle as well.
Super bummed I spent over $400 I won’t get back just to have the same exact issue I had the morning I called in hopes to have this clogging issue fixed.

I received a bid on a simple fan motor replacement. The actual new motor costs $245 the bid came in at $1500 plus.Costs were way Over the top by at least three times. Did the work myself. Too bad because I was going to hire this company for other work on my HVAC. I will look at other companies now.

Champion service tech came in took cover off furnace looked at wires for less than 2 seconds after telling him the codes it was throwing. He proceeded to tell me I needed a new furnace and the quote was fricking ridiculous!! Almost $9,000! I googled a few things to do and thank God for you tube! But replaced 2 parts for less than $120.00. And the furnace works great!!!! How do you sleep at night taking advantage, i paid $114.00 for absolutely no help but them to come in my home and say you need a new furnace without doing a thing! Did same thing to my Aunt and Uncle!
