Mac Plumbing and HVAC

Very expensive. Replaced a drain pipe under our sink in 25 to 30 minutes and charged us $210. They did come out fast and the work appears to be good work, but $210 for that much work is a lot.

Nick was prompt and did a great job. He knew what he was doing, which was good since the toilet we were having problems with had been improperly installed. He fixed things and set the toilet right. We really appreciate the work.

This is the plumbing repair company that you want to call for all of your plumbing needs and problems. They did superior work on my daughter's house where there was a tiny leak in the water main, causing water to pool up in a basement closet. We thought that this would be a major operation, going through several inches of solid concrete and perhaps requiring an entire change-out of the main pipe to the street. But, MAC plumbing's highly competent workers were able to target the problem and reduce the fix to the problem area itself, resulting in minimal disturbance to the landscaping and interior of the basement. They not only fixed the leak, but the poor construction that was the cause of the leak. They cleaned up after themselves and it's virtually impossible to see the area of repair. Highly recommended!

Called these guys this morning and they sent someone two hours later. Nick came and fixed our issue. It was a lot more involved than either one of us were planning on but he was very knowledgeable, friendly and walked me through the process to fix the problem. He was persistent in fixing the issue that had some complications. I will absolutely use these guys in the future and highly recommend them. They are honest, reliable and skilled. I’m relieved to have the problem fixed.

Couldn't be more pleased with Bryant and his helper Sandra (I believe)..they unclogged an upstairs and basement drain and replaced kitchen pipe innards in great time with a job well done. Bryant is very knowledgeable, clear and courteous in explaining the work needed and done.

Just got home from C.A. to a freezing house!
Called Mac's plumbing and heating Krystal, the office manager, called their heating specialist, Skyler, who came right over, got the part and fixed us right up!

The technician that was sent to our house was punctual, courteous, and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. He fixed our problem within a couple hours and left the area way cleaner than he found it. Much appreciated!

They where doing some work next door and they hook their hose to my Faust and started using my water. I have no idea how much water they used because I was away. I approached them and they told me that they knocked on my door and no one answered and so they used it total BS. I'm sending them my water bill.

Mac Plumbing was promp, polite & professional. Ceasar, the technician/plumber couldn't have represented the company any better. Employees like Ceasar are very hard to find these days.
