I had an issue with my drain being clogged and Nick came and took care of it for me with a hydro-jet cleaning of my drainpipe. He also noticed an issue in the way my drainpipe was connected to my sink and fixed it for me on the spot. Couldn't be happier with the service, professionalism, kindness of these guys. My drains are running like new!

My water heater was in its 12 year of a typical 10 year lifespan. I wanted to go tankless, but most vendors wanted to keep me with a tank. I was keen on a Rinnai, but they took the time to explain to me the benefits of the Noritz so we went with their suggestion. I pulled the trigger on Friday and the following Tuesday they were here--starting around 9am and done by 5pm. Clean work, great communication and one more happy customer. I compared prices with a local "big box" retailer and their associated local installers and their price was significantly higher. I went local and am very happy with my decision.

Love working with these guys! I call them all the time to do work on our theater and I can always count on them to come out and get it fixed in a timely and relatively affordable manner. I've used several plumbers over the years and these guys are the best!

I had a kitchen replaced because of a warn pipe and it bursted, and flooded . The insurancestry was involved too. That being said Mac Plumbing was sent, and restored my plumbing in the kitchen. Sine then I've had different needs and fixes and Mac has been there . It's a great peace of mind that there is professional, company that has professional workers.

MAC Plumbing is great. We had a leaky faucet from the upstairs that was dripping into our kitchen. Everyone else said they couldn't come until the next day or later. These guys squeezed us into their schedule and didn't have to cut into our walls.

Unresponsive (never answer phone calls or return them, receptionist even sounded like she was in a car full of screaming kids one time, told me they would call back, didn't,),
Disorganized.(receptionist "wrote down the wrong information" for the plumbers),
Unprofessional. (Every time a plumber would come out to "fix" the problem, (Over 5-6 times!!) they "don't have the equipment, the receptionist didn't tell them what they were supposed to do, the notes on the order didn't specify"... etc.),
Absolutely horrible Customer Service. In fact, NO customer service at ALL.
After the most recent time that someone came out and they told me that they were confused and were told to jet the main line and not my bathtub, (honestly unbelievable, just find a solution. It's been 7 times.) I told the receptionist that I would unfortunately have to leave a bad review and I'd have to ask the HOA to send someone else to get the job done because the experience has just been exhausting and frustrating. A few minutes later, the owner called me, apologized, said that he had fired the people that dealt with me in the past because he found out about some bad business practices, and he promised that he would get it resolved "first thing in the morning" on Monday. Monday comes around and he doesn't show up till after 1 pm. Not even a call to let me know it would be in the afternoon. He says he can get the job done.... BUT it won't be for a couple of days because he needs the equipment (some hoses he ordered to jet the tub that they had already told me would be in a few days ago.) He did offer using another hose, but said he would rather wait till he had the bigger hose... Couldn't he have told me preemptively that he wouldn't have the equipment and just reschedule for the day he did? Why make me think that it was getting done today when he knew he wouldn't have it?

I couldn't help but kind of laugh just because it was just unbelievable. The owner of the company who said would get it done today after time and time again that other people have not done their job, now wants to reschedule ANOTHER time due to not having the equipment. WELL, he said "Or I could walk out right now, and you'll just never get this fixed".

I replied saying, "That's fine. If you're going to threaten me with not ever fixing it, I'd rather just have someone else come and get it done." So he walked out cussing and threw up a middle finger at me and when i told him I would report him and that he shouldn't be in business, he ran back and got in my face and tried to intimidate me. Well over 6 feet tall, could tell he never missed a meal in his life when he definitely should have. I had to tell him multiple times while he was an inch from my face to leave.

    NEVER USE MAC PLUMBING.

I think I'm done with these guys. They were able to quickly figure out what was wrong and went to get parts. I verified that they were not feeding me garbage by checking the parts/prices/symptoms/diagnosis online during the visit. I needed a new Pressure Reducing Valve and a hot water heater thermal expansion tank. My old pressure reducing valve failed, thus damaging the thermal expansion tank and popping the hot water heater pressure relief valves which clued us to problem when we found water in the utility closet. The parts were under $200. After the initial 20 minute assessment and consultation, it took them about 30 minutes to replace the expansion tank and about 10 minutes to replace the Pressure Reducing valve (after they went back to the store and got the correct valve). In hind sight, I should have done the repairs myself because they didn't require any special tools and I knew the pressure reducing valve wasn't working because I tested it with my gauge before they came. However, I may not have known to check the thermal expansion tank. So as it turned out I paid over $150/hour (there were two guys) for some plumbing work and driving to the store and back twice.

Had a water leak in our main supply line. Used 218,000 gallons during the winter. Luckily had insurance through HomeServe that covered the repair.

The crew showed up on time and had everything organized. They worked efficiently and sold cut the lawn, used sheets of plywood to hold the dirt during the process, carefully removed the pavers by the flower bed. When finished everything went back in place and looks better than before.

As a side job also replaced a toilet in the basement.

Very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

I have had these guys come and do work that was ordered and they were very friend. They did their best to keep the dust to a minimum. They gave me no B.S.. If you are looking for a local company that doesn't beat around the bush. These guys are it.
They also did their best to not disrupt day to day tasks.
The receptionist is also very easy to talk to.

Would definitely recommend. I came to them to ask for some documentation about 3 months after they serviced my water heater. I spoke to Crystal on the phone and she was extremely pleasant and helpful. Within a week I had the documentation I needed.
