Larsen Heating and Air Conditioning

Our air conditioner broke down in mid-June 2018 while our 8-month pregnant daughter and her young family were visiting. Her family and my family were miserable. We called Larsen Heating and Air. They sent a technician right away. He discovered that the previous vendor had installed the AC unit incorrectly. He fixed the obvious problem and started it up to test it. The whole system then went down. They could have blamed the other vendor; instead, they worked to fix the problem. They found out how long it would take to get the part sent, but it would have taken days. They decided to replace the unit with a new one, since they could do that in a day. They did this all without breaking the bank. They were skillful, aware of our time, and honest. We will go back there next time we need help. Thanks, Larsen.

Jeff, the technician, called before the appointment time and then arrived on time. He did a good job..fall maintenance on our furnace. Further, when I asked about our humidifier, he took it apart...went to his truck...found a replacement filter...and then spent time cleaning out residue that had accumulated inside the filter. I have my maintenance performed on my furnace each fall. I felt that Jeff did a thorough examination of the furnace components. I will continue to use Larsen Heating and Air.

We had a Open House scheduled and our A/C started having problems the day before. Larsen Heating and Air came immediately, the service was fantastic, honest and reasonable. I highly recommend them!

I scheduled an appointment on their website for a furnace tune-up. I got a confirmation email right after scheduling and a reminder email the day before the appointment, but no one ever showed up.

Woke up on the weekend to an AC condenser that wouldn't start all night. They sent someone out, diagnosed the problem part literally within seconds, and had it replaced and running before 10 am. The tech was fast, professional, and kind. I'm so relieved my family didn't have to endure a 100 degree day without air conditioning!
