Great service! I needed a plumber on the same day, do to the emergency that I was facing (had to shut down the water system in my house) Called Lightfoot and in 2 hrs i had Jonathan at my door steps. He explain the situation, gave me option and the job was done in less than 3 hours, we had water running in the house again! Jonathan was very clean, considerable, took his time explaining each detail answering questions. This is a company that i will call again and again.

Chris was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and patient explaining the heating system. He found the issues that needed to be addressed explaining everything to us. He informed us of how the thermostat would work and to contact him with any questions. He assisted us with downloading the thermostat system on cell phones.

New home owner here, looking to replace an old electrical panel and bring home up to new building code. I had quotes from 2 other companies for 30k for install. I tried to get Lightfoot out three different times. Each time there was a very nice staff member to apologize when something went wrong. The quote visit was supposed to happen on 7/26, my window was set for 5-6 pm (which now that I have spoken with them I realize that is not their normal windows otherwise I would have raised a question when that initial meeting was set) So, I thought the window was 5-6pm, the tech shows up at 1pm and I was unable to make it. He then saw my neighbor, who I haven't met and don't know from Adam, and let my neighbor walk him into my backyard, through a privacy gate, to review the panel. 50% of the rework needs to happen on the inside of the home and attic. I called and set up a new visit for 7/28 my new window was 12pm-5pm, I call at 4:50pm and was told my technician was still on a call, I wait until 6pm, call back, he is still on that call, so we decide to reschedule as I live an hour from this new home and was waiting around town. I call to set up a new meeting and was told the past meeting missed was because a glitch in the system. New meeting was set for today 8/4 12-5pm, I just called at 3:30 to double check they were still coming, as I was afraid a mishap like last time would happen, and they said my appointment was listed down as a call and not a visit. This is after I have explained each time I have called, they need to physically see all the work done to get an accurate quote. This has lost me two weeks off my move in time and tells me they don't value you as a customer when you are trying to hand them money. I cant speak to their work, but beware if you value your time.

Was referred to Lightfoot by another plumber. Gary was the plumber that arrived to fix what I though might be a busted main water line in my house. Tuned out it was a busted line on my well head. He was able to diagnose and repair my issue in less than an hour. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
When what I thought was one BIG problem turned out to be two slightly smaller problems one of which was beyond Gary's skill set he set up a second appointment the same day with another technician with the correct skill set to resolve it.
The Second Technician HVAC specialist Derrick arrived on time also professional and friendly diagnosed a defect in the original build of my property that had significantly contributed to my problems. He not resolved my proble but also fixed the defect and was able to add a safety feature all of which will prevent the problems from happening again. He accomplished all of this quickly while having to work around another crew from another company attempting to clean up the damage the issues had caused.
For both jobs I was quoted prices with detailed explanations of necessary work before any work was performed. Great Job guys. If I have another issue I know who to call.
