Ryan and his partner came an hour late however, I later learned it was beyond their control. The company needs to give more control to their employees.They both did a super job and left the kitchen cleaner than when they started. I would use this company again.

If you need plumbing, electrical or HVAC I strongly suggest using Lightfoot mechanics! Both Ryan and Orlando were amazing! Very patient with all my question and went the extra mile! We will be using them first all of our repairs!!

Technician wanted to replace my system at a cost of $10,000. He said refrigerant was low and would need to be completely removed and replaced at $350 per pound. I had to let him go and get someone else who freed a stuck valve and no refrigerant was needed. It seems this technician needs to be retained.

I use to LOVE Lightfoot. About 15 years ago they gave the best service and repairs were always done right the first time.
I don't know what has happened with the company but it is not what it use to be. We had them install a whole house water filtration system about 5 years ago and we really like the system, when it is working. We have been having trouble with the system for a while now and it is no longer softening the water. I called them out to repair it and I was still having issues afterwards. I was very unhappy with the service I received so I contacted another local company that works on water filtration systems and I thought they fixed it but we are having the same issue again so I decided to give Lightfoot another chance. So far I am less than happy with them again. They haven't shown up at the time they tell me they are going to be here. This is the second appointment I have scheduled and I was told I would be the first appointment of the day, because of my work schedule, but no one has shown up. When I called the office I was told they would be here "sometime today" and that the "first appointment" time slot was just a suggestion to the dispatchers and not guaranteed. This will be the last time I use them, if they even show up.
It's so sad to me because they use to be so wonderful, dependable and trustworthy. They really need to figure out what is "broken" in their company and fix it to get back to their old ways.

Called Lightfoot at 8 AM and was told they would be out between 5 PM - 9 PM. Received a text just after 1:00 that the technician was on his way. Curtiss arrived and diagnosed the problem in minutes. Curtiss performed the repairs and informed me of the work that was completed. Really satisfied with the service, especially arriving four-five hours before the original appointment window to get our HVAC running again.

Eldon and the team did a fantastic job installing our new AC system. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and polite. They were on time and kept to the schedule. Highly recommended.

Overall good work, they should have cleaned up the insulation from the attic that fell in the hallway. For attaching the drain pan, they should have used a metal brace for a cleaner look. Instead they used a piece of wood I had as scrap from another job. If I hadn't requested to run the lines out of the way, they were going to run them across the closet , and taken all the floor space with drain line. Also, instead of using black pipe they went with csst because it was easier, not better. The inspector said its ok, but not the preferred way.

Justin and his coworker did a wonderful job going through our system and explaining everything and providing documentation. Very professional and helpful. I will definitely use Lightfoot in the future.

Lightfoot’s prompt service, professionalism, and sense of urgency is beyond any plumber I’ve used before. Jacob, the technician, was on time, friendly, did a fantastic job and honest. Truly stellar service from a company I’ll use from here on out.

they got here on time and got right into tearing out the old ac unit and installed the new unit very quickly as well as gave us any info we needed about the new unit. we will continue with their great service.
