Wade, with Lightfoot Mechanical, and his assistant, repiped three gray water drain lines that discharged via a field line to the back of my property, to my main septic system piping in the house's crawl space. It is called a crawl space for a good reason. Crawling is the only way to get the job done. Wade assessed the job on Monday, left me a proposal which I approved, and returned
on Wednesday and got the repiping work done in less than four hours. All I can say is that Wade is a "Superstar".

Cory Browning was the technician. Quote of 4001.00 for new gas tank. Then he said 3100 for a 50 gallon 6 yr warranty. Home Depot 1455. 12 yr warranty. I was quoted 89.00 service fee and ended up paying 301 dollars for him to give me options on repair.

Dylan came out, and did a maintenance tune-up on our HVAC system, and was great! He had a very good and positive attitude, and went right to work, and came back to me with a detailed description of any repairs/updates, that I might need for my HVAC system. Lance and the gang at Lightfoot was honest, flexible, and thorough. They took the time to measure twice and cut once vs giving me a canned estimate for products/services I didn’t need or want.
