Zakk was very professional. On time all three days he was here. Kevin is also a good problem assessor and manager. Worked efficiently, and effectively to my desired needs. Units were pricy but service package and priority helps. I had 3.5 and 2 mini installed and old units removed. They cleaned up and kept installation tidy and neat. Would highly recommend.

Not much worse than N. Central Texas heat and no A/C at your house. Gared from Lightfoot saved the day!!! Lightfoot has definitely secured our business from now on!!!

Tech came 1 day couldn’t solve problem. Day 2 the same and another came out first and after much investigation solved the problem. Could not be happier with the service they provided.

Called them out to replace inside parts of toilet, handle and stopper, about 30 dollars with of plastic parts… quoted me $1100 at first and then dropped it to $689. Still got an $89 service charge out of me, but when I was done laughing and shaking my head, I installed a brand new toilet , the whole thing for $204. I hope they’re not running the scam on old people.

Answered when I called and came out right away to help with my broken air conditioner. Set me up with temporary units until they were able to replace the old system, saved my bacon!

Mark came in, showed me my options and gave me no pressure option for repair or replacement. He worked fast and efficiently and answered all questions. Thank you for the great work!
