I like Lightfoot Mechanical. The techs that come out are really professional and courteous. Today the tech’s name was Matthew. He was really nice and personable. He answered questions I had and explained everything that he was doing. I recommend them.

Joshua is so good at what he does!!! Very knowledgeable and does not give up until the problem is solved. My husband and I highly recommend Joshua. I will ask for him from now on. 😁

The coils need cleaned. The technician quoted $2500. I said no. He then went to $1800, $800, then finally $500. I said no, because if that wasn't bad enough, he had a very poor attitude from the start. Bad experience from start to finish. And, they were supposed to show up last night. I waited for hours. They finally showed up at 11M. Will never use them again.

The repair didn't work well but with a new tank floater it seems to work better now. The customer service handled my request fairly, timely, and professionally. Their notification system is excellent. Thank you.

Chris was a pleasant surprise. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and competent. I have dealt with several HVAC technicians over the years but Chris is the most professional I have met. I will remember to ask for him by name in the future.

We were told we needed a new ac coil. The txv valve was bad, low refrigerant and a sensor was bad. Total was $8300!! Recommended a new unit. Had another company come out and a valve was loose and just needed to be tightened. It was found when they tested my refrigerant levels which were perfect. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest.

They called off twice because they didn't have time to get to my scheduled call. By the time they showed up my backyard was flooded from a leaking faucet. The price they quoted was outrageous, but they had me over a barrel since I had been waiting on them for a week. $750 for two hose bibs. That's with over $300 in discounts they had to call to get approval for. Took the guy literally like 15 minutes. Then they wanted to charge me even more to repair the mortar which they had to bust up to install the new bibs. I feel like I overpaid by about $400. I mean, if you got money just laying around to throw away, then these are your guys. If you're like me and trying to find the best deals during record inflation, then you should probably find another company that will charge a fair price.

Gared is wonderful, he addressed the a/c issue, kept me updated throughout the repair and didn’t mind my questions. Very professional. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

George always provides a great service. He has for years and has yet again did an excellent job!
