Bryant came out to do the initial diagnosis. We decided to do a whole new install. Bryant and Alex worked from 8am until midnight. A very long 16 hour day. Bryant came back a day later and completed the install. He was just as professional and friendly as possible. He answered all our questions and was an absolute pleasure. Definitely recommend Bryant and cwoods

After being away on business, return to my house to find my entire AC/Heating system had died. Call to schedule a repair and found the entire system needed to be replaced. I have worked with Seawoods in several businesses and personal home. trust, worthy, excellence in quality, and a leader in their field. From the evaluation tech to the on-site sales to the team that was sent out for installation, I have nothing but absolute praise and great things to say. Quite a mess was made during installation, and yet they cleaned it up completely prior to leaving. They insured that everything was set appropriately, and any questions was answered. I am more than very pleased with the service, and will continue to work with them.

Marc Mendez came out within 15 minutes of being called and repaired a severed thermostat communication wire in my crawl space to get my condenser back running. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

Mike K. did a great job fixing my bathtub handles. He showed up on time with a quote and immediately got to work. Mike was professional and fixed the issue within 5 minutes. I will be using Mike again in the future and highly recommend him!

Charged me $269 to unclog a drain. Wanted $200 more to unclog a toilet. And over $200 for replacing a leaky pipe under The sink! Total would have been $800 for all those small jobs. Extremely expensive. I will never use c woods again!

This is the 2nd time we have had service with C. Woods. I am so very impressed. I feel like they are extremely professional and they answer and explain all of the questions that I have. They truly want the customer to understand and be educated. Mark was amazing and provides the BEST customer service. Friendly, informative and helpful. This right here is saying something for Tyler Texas when most companies just don't bother. Thank you Mark and C. Woods. You are greatly appreciated.

Very polite and fixed the problem. Let us know of worn pipes.only problem was that there was black sludge on the kitchen floor - the full length, front and back door handles and running down the back door. The problem was fixed, though.

Had a toy washed down the sink drain and CWoods was able to get the job done quickly. Very pleasant and thorough work done!

Chad was knowledgeable and respectful. He discovered an issue with our water heater, and then competently and quickly installed a leak detection and auto water shut-off device for us. Everything was also thoroughly .
