Showed up with none working equipment. Couldn't do anything.
The whole appointment was a huge waste of my time. After taking off early to get the issue fixed.
After speaking with management, It was implied there was something wrong with my house electrical.
Suppose the tech failed to inform them.
I gave him power from my 30 amp camper hook-up.
Then a plug on the back porch.
Then a 225 welder & finally power from a 4000 continuous watt Onan generator.
A quality company would've just admitted equipment failure & made it right with me.
This company asked me to write this review.
Asked by email if I was interested in them doing the work quoted.
I would've loved to have them fix my issues.
I went thru today checking all plugs to the power supplies I gave them to use.
Everything was perfect.
Talked to a representative, who couldn't tell me what was wrong with the power?
If a tool doesn't work on a generator, 30 amp camper hook-up, 4000 watt generator & plugging into the house.
I offered different extension cords & anything to help him do this job.
You might have equipment issues.
The tech his self said, no way everything is messed up.
I have never seen the customer blamed for bad tools before.
I offered to go over every plug with a meter to show him adequate power.
Even offered to check his equipment for a ground.
Royal Plumbing used the same electrical plug & had it unstopped in less than 30 minutes.

This company responded quickly and got us going with around an hour of work for a clogged condensate line/overflow + added condensate overflow detector. Hoped for smaller bill but satisfied with work so far.

This is the second time we have called this company and they have recommended full replacement of our system each time. They said it could be a simple wire causing the issue but they “couldn’t be certain” so instead they recommended a new unit to the tune of around $10k. We called another company and they actually did the work. They actually found the wire that this company already suspected. They ran a new wire and $300 later our unit is working perfectly again. Very frustrating that they knew the likely problem but didn’t want to really fix it. Two stars because they were nice and on time.

Broken pipe/connection caused by Cypress tree roots caused a leak/standing water around water meter, Paul and his apprentice-Colton were very friendly, informative and fixed my problem.

We recently had the pleasure of working with C. Woods for a water heater installation at The Pamela Walters Group. The service was great! Eli did an excellent job repairing our unusual shower plumbing, and finally had to just replace most of it. He did a beautiful job. The shower looks better than it did when we bought the house! Thanks so much!

The entire experience was professional. Everyone tries to save money by finding a handy man, but this company was the only company in the area to answer the phone, and have someone put in a couple of hours. Granted it was a stressful situation, the entire service was worth the cost. They notified me a couple times via phone call that on his eta. He showed up and the confidence made me confident. Took the stress away and I didn’t think twice about it. Considering using the company again for HVAC service.
