Had a new unit install with new ducts installed, horrible experience
charged me over $12,000.00
And was never installed properly since day one!!!
Had multiple techs come out and they would fix a issue each time, I myself had to go into attic and see what the issue was as to why air still doesn’t come out.. turns out some ducts aren’t even connected. (Which I have photos of) They tell me now I might need another unit to push out more air. And being asked what the square footage of my home was after install had already been done and paid for..
shouldn’t the initial tech that came out day one should have gotten square footage??
a mess and had over 5 techs come and each time they would fix the other previous techs issues, spent wayyy to much money to be ignored and having the manager tell me there is nothing they can do anymore. Is quite beyond me.

After getting dealt a “shitty” deal with some failed and packed sewer lines I made the call to C. Woods. Bryant arrived before scheduled and worked for four hours non-stop trying everything to get the line cleared. He called for the hydro flush to be sent out and still didn’t stop working trying to clear it while waiting for it to arrive. Despite all efforts it couldn’t be cleared so Marc was sent out to do the excavating needed to replace the lines across the driveway and into the new patio (ouch). We also had a few other things done - tankless hot water heater installed, fixture updated in bathtub and a leaky p-trap fixed. Marc couldn’t have been more professional and helpful to make sure we understood the entire process. He did a great job getting the new hot water heater mounted and looking pretty, I love it! I just can’t say enough about the service and quality we received. I can honestly say I will always call C. Woods for all our plumbing needs big or small. Last week, our family of 6 (4 of which are girls) woke up to one of our downstairs bedrooms flooding from the en suite toilet. On top of that, the other 3 bathrooms in our home (1 other downstairs & 2 others upstairs) were also "Out of Order" due to their upstream contribution to the main line causing this back-up from that en suite toilet. Within 15 mins of booking a same day appointment on their Google profile, Chasity from their office called me to get more details on our situation. She was very friendly, extremely understanding, and ultimately helped to get one of their plumbers to our house within 1 hour of making this booking request. Driving all the way from Tyler on a cold and rainy day, the plumber (aka Sean) was very professional from the time that he arrived. He was well informed and attentive when I asked copious amounts of questions. Not only was he able to find the source of our problem, but was also very thorough in his approach to finding the source of the problem. He worked with me and walked me through every step before, during, and after each service. You may find a "cheaper" plumbing service around town, but I can say with total confidence that we got my moneys worth with the service and information that Sean provided during his visit. Moreover, I commend his dedication to helping solve our plumbing issue as well as his diligence in delivering his assessment regarding the realistic longevity of our home's current plumbing set-up. As a medical professional, I too appreciate that it is not always easy to deliver a customer/client/patient the details of their unfortunate situation, particularly when it's the kind of information that none of us ever want to hear. However, Sean was very steadfast and confident in the formation AND delivery of his assessment. At the end of his visit, he even offered to fold-in the cost of this visit into a future related visit, should we ever need to cross that bridge, to ensure that we can recoup our expenses.

Again, I cannot stress enough how thankful we are for C. Woods & Sean's quick response time, thorough investigation and intervention, and his assessment of the realistic long-term performance of our home's current plumbing system. We will be giving C. Woods Company a call for our plumbing needs as they arise in the future.

We had a pipe burst under our house on Wednesday. The guy that fixed the pipe last time said he could not look at it until the following Monday. My husband called C Woods on Friday & we was scheduled for the following day, Saturday. Our tech, Bryant, showed up 30 minutes before he was supposed to, greeted me with a smile & a handshake. Crawled under our house, located the problem, gave me the quote & had it fixed in no time. He took the time to explain what the problem was. We will definitely use this company again. Fast, respectful & did not treat me dumb just because I'm a woman. Good job guys!!! We thank you so much!!!!

Paul Herndon was our technician. He was very thorough on our issue. Very polite and knowledgeable. I would use this Company again, and I hope we get Paul for any other needs.

Mackenzie was my technician, he was friendly, professional and on time. This was a diagnostic service call, so no repair was done, but he was thorough and explained everything he was checking and why. He started with the simplest and most inexpensive possibilities and worked his way up until the problem was found. I didn't get the feeling that he came out to the house with the predetermined intent to find the most expensive repair possible, even though as it turned out, it was a quite expensive estimate. He also took the model and serial numbers of my unit and found that it was still under warranty, so he saved me a couple thousand dollars where I would not have known the difference. All in all very pleased with the service, and will gladly trust them to complete the repair.

I have used C Woods at my personal residence for years. We had one of our A/C units go down at TASCA and had an event rental this weekend. I needed the A/C repaired. C Woods showed up when they said they would be here. They had the parts needed for the repair and I was pleasantly surprised that it was all done quickly and for less than what I was expecting it to be.

We had to have our gas heaters in the bathrooms capped and wanted them out anyway, Marc was out within less than the time quoted, assessed the situation accurately in minutes, and got the job done quickly and reasonably. Gas line plumbing is a dangerous and specialized business and we feel comfortable with the cost, and elated with the service.
