Mark was prompt and thorough in his inspection. He did discover my furnace needed a new capacitor. He also advised me that City Utilities was offering a $50 rebate for purchasing an annual inspection, which I’ve had for two years. He filled in his portion on the form and I plan to put it into the mail tomorrow. Thanks Mark!

Both my air-conditioning unit and furnace are over 30 years old and needed replacement. The entire process from begin to finish was easy, quick, and I dealt with from sales to installers was absolutely excellent and professional!. The entire installation process took between 6 to 8 hours begin to finish. The crew started at almost 2 o’clock Thursday afternoon and came back Friday morning for about three hours to finish up. The installers were courteous, professional and took the time to answer all my questions and explained the system to me in detail. Huge thank you to Shane,Joaquin, Art, Emilio and Trent for installing a clean, quality finished product. Very glad I decided to go with this company versus the other two I got quotes on. If you have your doubts you can set those aside this company is top-notch and will highly recommend to any friends and family.
