Subcontractors installing fiber in my neighborhood damaged the waterline coming from my water meter and tried to repair and hide; I called C Woods on Superbowl Sunday, and Micheal Kocher showed up at the scheduled time I was told he would arrive, explained what was damaged, gave me a detailed estimate, performed the repair and was professional, thorough, and expeditious with my time. Additionally provided me with photos of the damage to help aid me in getting re-reimbursement from the lackadaisical fiber installers butchering most of Tyler currently

Technician arrived within 2 hours of placing service call. He had all the necessary parts and completed the job in 2 hours. He was professional and made me feel sure there would be no further problem.

I can't express well how easy the team from C. Woods made the job. I did have a clean work area, a "clean" task, it was after lunch and was their last job after a long, dirty job prior, and the job was pretty cut and dry. Basically a dream job, an easy one. I'm sure that helped, but the two men who helped me out were friendly, easy-going, did not call my own work unfortunate or a bad idea, did recommend but did not push services or products, were mindful of spaces in my home, used all of their time well, and best of all, didn't even flinch at a home largely neglected for a couple years. Hands down, the team C. Woods sent here were the best servicemen of any kind in the 10+ years I've lived here. I have never left a review like this, I'm still enthused.

I also felt like the pricing was not high. Utility work is expensive and my needs meant my bill would be lower, it seemed about right. If things are pretty tight I'd recommend an estimate if you have the time to wait for it, they seem like they'd be happy to do it even if you can't use them.

We opened our shop to no ac due to a faulty thermostat. My husband determined that he was going to fry something if he kept trying to install the new on. Finally we called C Woods and they had someone out within the hour! They lived up to their TV ad!

I needed a water heater replaced right before the holiday and Mark Guerrero from C. Woods was able to stop by on a shortly timed notice and replaced it for me. He did a great job. was very courteous and profession.

After getting stood up by several plumbing companies, C.Woods Plumbing was the first company to actually show up to look at the problem, but even better, they fixed the problem the same day. Mark Guerrero is super knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We had a nasty problem and he handled the situation with care. Thank you so much for all the help y'all provided.
