I was a little unsure when I booked the free AC checkup through my electricity provider. I was sure this was going to be a quick check up and oh by the way let me tell you you need costly repairs or a new system we happen to sell. It was neither. I have had my AC serviced several times through its 15 years of life, but never like this. Hunter was very informative, knowledgeable and personable. He never once tried to sell me anything, which I was fully expecting. We only talked about a new system after I brought it up (the system is 15 years old like I mentioned before). He used digital gauges for monitoring pressure, intake temp and exhaust(cooling) temp, etc. Having all of these together gave a way better picture of how the system as a whole was doing. To my surprise, my unit got a clean bill of health. He was even shocked due to its age. FYI, its a Lennox unit. Thank you guys for even coming out on Labor day morning (not requested by me, I even made sure when the appointment was made). Will for sure keep their number.

These guys worked over 12 hours to get our old AC and furnace removed and replaced and up and running! I never heard them complain and in fact they were very courteous. The new system is working great and the quality of work will ensure it lasts. I would definitely recommend them, they go above and beyond!

Despite having a cheap HVAC system,
the team at AC Monkey were devoted to fix and improve our system. Working long hours and into the night to take care of us when the manufacturer did not care and continued to send wrong parts. Their work ethic and customer service is a perfect example of what private business should be.

They responded to my request for help in a timely fashion, came out, analyzed the problem and gave me several online quotes. I approved one, they scheduled it in one day. Cole was my tech and he arrived on time on both visits and even called to say how many minutes out he was. This company will be my new hating and ac firm.

Tyler and Jose seriously came to my rescue. They came out in no time to fix my ac. They were super nice, efficient and quick. This is the second time we have used Air Monkey and will continue to use them every time!!!

Hunter did a wonderful job and explained how the evaluation is important for energy savings. Hunter was patient, thorough, on time, and did the cleanest inspection i have ever had. For future service I will be calling and asking for Hunter. I highly recommend him and your company.

i appreciate the company finding a way to fit me in. I honestly believe that waiting a week for another company to come out and do the job could have been very detrimental to the health of my elderly parents. The customer service representative and the technician went above and beyond to care for ALL my issues. I will not be use any other company for any of my HVAC needs and I will be recommending yall to everyone that I know. The best HVAC company hands down.

Great experience, i was not expecting the white glove service i received seeing how it was 0.00$ through centerpoints program. Hunter was the Tech that came out and was Top notch. they Txt the day before, then Call right before the APT. my window was 1-3. i received a call at 1 on the dot(witch i missed) they called back later and still hit the 1-3 window! i may have got this one for free( to me) but you can bet your bottom dollar if i ever need anything HVAC related this will be my first call! After a questionable experience with another provider, Collin from Air Monkey came over and gave us an honest assessment. He did right by us and saved us money at the same time. We will be using Air Monkey again!
