I would highly recommend Air Monkey A/C. We had our air conditioner and the air ducts replaced. Tyler was so helpful. He gave us two options and explained each one so we could make an informed decision.
Chris,Mike and Leonard were very knowledgeable, polite, talented, hard workers and were always ready with answers to our questions. The end results exceeded our expectations.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Air Monkey (Tyler, Chris, and Hunter). We were in the middle of a remodel project on the home when we found that we needed to have a custom exhaust vent built for a vent hood as well as significant damage to air ducts in the attic. Tyler came out and laid out a very thorough plan for building the custom exhaust duct and installing new air ducts throughout the entire house (including meeting a stiff timeline due to ongoing construction). Chris and hunter did the installation of the new duct work and I must say these guys were absolute rock stars. Air Monkey executed there plan to perfection, completing the job exactly as they planned. They communicated very well with everything they were doing and they treated my home as if it were their own. I believe if you are using anyone other than Air Monkey for your HVAC needs then you are making a mistake.

Air Monkey was able to come out same day, serviced our problem efficiently and affordably, then did a tune-up, caught a potential problem before it became a big issue and then re-checked our original problem before leaving. These guys are fantastic. I had them out last year to clean/maintain my aging A/C system during the heat of the summer since I planned to install a new system over the winter. I was able to get through the heat just fine.

Fast forward to 6 months ago I had them back out to fully replace my HVAC system and ductwork. I'm in an old house and it still had the original ducting so it was time for it to go. The guys spent the whole week (Monday-Friday) tearing out all the old stuff and installing new everything. Ended up going with a two-stage system and R8 ducting. They were very accommodating with my choices and weren't trying to push me in any direction too. Their install job is really quite good, puts the old ducting and system to shame. It was pretty clear that they cared about installing it correctly as opposed to quickly. They were priced reasonably too. Not cheap obviously, but very much comparable to the other quotes I got.

I've given it some time to see how it compares to the old system and the difference is pretty amazing. I keep the house colder (at most 73F) and even still my electric bill has been cut in half compared to last year.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Air Monkey.

Tyler and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, professional and clean! They have done complete HVAC replacement and install, routine maintenance and installation of a mini-split unit for me. There are not many people I would leave in my house without me being there...but Tyler and his team have earned that trust. There is no one else I would recommend for your heating and cooling needs - they are excellent!

Dylan came to our home yesterday to assess the issues we were having with our A/C. He was very thorough and even knew where we were having a leak. As a homeowner, I want to know everything about the service I'm paying for, and Dylan was patient and explained everything to me and my family. Today, he fixed the A/C and showed me the difference between the new and old coil as well as helped me with adjusting my thermostat, etc and completed the service in a timely fashion. We really appreciate the service Dylan and his team provided and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Dylan for all your help!
