We have lived in this area for over a decade now. In the first 5 years we used 5 HVAC companies, never finding one that instilled confidence until The Colony. They have been professional, informative, friendly, courteous and prompt each and every time no matter if I am speaking with office or field technician. Len held up this standard again today as he visited our home to check out the heat side of the HVAC.

I have used the Colony Air for years and they always have courteous and knowledgeable technicians. They are more than willing to answer any questions and to me are unbiased about recommendations that are helpful when asked. Today, Charlie performed my heating maintenance and he was very courteous and helped ease my concerns I had about what I thought were condensation issues. Turned out, it was a normal process during cooling. The Colony Air have excellent technicians and awesome customer support who always keep you informed about who and when your technician will arrive. Tony, from Colony A/C, was terrific. Very professional and friendly.
He found one issue we were unaware of and did a diagnostic on another intermittent problem we were having. He was able to explain both in simple terms.
He was right on time and stayed until the job was done thorougly without any sign of being rushed.

Sometimes the mark of a good company is how they handle a customer who has an issue with service. It turned out to be a minor glitch that was easily (and professionally) handled. I have every intention of using their services again.
