I contacted Colony air and requested a new unit for downstairs of my house. Within two days the installation team arrived to put in a new unit. Jesus, Jesse and Kevin did an outstanding job. They were courteous, polite and professional. I would highly recommend this team to anyone who needs air conditioning work.

You know how you imagine replacing an AC will go: no pressure and helpful sales, installers have a great attitude and take pride in their work. Extremely responsive after the sale with any questions or help needed. This is what you'll get from Colony A/C. I had my downstairs AC system replaced in 2021 and my upstairs AC system replaced in 2022. Both times were the same high level of quality and service. They are the best of the best.

We had Jeffery and this team out today to add some Dampers and modify some duct work. They had to go up in the attic from one of the closets and they were super careful not to hit anything. In addition, they were on time, kept things clean and did a great job!!! The best part is we now have the airflow more equal between the rooms so no more cool vs warm spots.

We had a new AC/Heater unit installed in August of this year. We just started using the heater and noticed it making a loud funny noise under the second return they installed. Within a day of our complaint a technician came out and diagnosed the problem and stated that we needed a larger return. The next day the same installation team that installed our unit came back to make the return they installed larger. In about an hour they fixed the issue. Great customer service and great quality work.

Went to check on an older gentleman from our church that was not in good health. When we arrived we noticed that his ac was out and it was 99 degrees in his house. Called Colony AC and explained the situation. They put us next on the list for repair and had it repaired within the hour. I can actually say that they probably saved a life.
