The technician who performs the Heating and AC service/maintenance checks every 6 months, Frank Fernandez, is excellent and very knowledgeable and experienced. He explains everything he did and found in clear layman terms and shows me the pictures he took of what he did.

I would recommend Colony to any of my friends and would tell them to request Frank!

My outdoor unit broke and Colony was the first company to return my call so I really just lucked into working with them. Everyone - from the tech who got me into a temporary fix, to the office staff, and the installation technicians - was amazing. Less than a week later I have a whole new unit!

Reese, the service tech, was on call outside normal hours and came by our house quickly. He repaired a part of our AC system and got it working within an hour. Great service and professionalism! Would highly recommend.
