Had my AC/Heater broken down right in the middle of winter freeze. I called The Colony, based on my neighbour’s recommendation, and they were able to send in a technician immediately, given the emergency. It was fixed and we were back on. Thanks to The Colony for the quick response and fix.

After reading all the great reviews I decided to give them a try. Michelle was a life saver. She was able to get me on the schedule the same day! Bryan was awesome! He went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations. He was able to quickly find the faulty part and got us up and running in no time. Most companies would just try to sell you a new unit and say it's not repairable. I was very impressed with the professionalism and integrity of this company. For any future repairs I know who to call.

The tech who performed my maintenance could not have been better. I am always pleased with Colony's service and their technicians. Have been a customer for many many years and refer my friends.

Tony Brown was very helpful and professional. He checked the full system and informed me of the discrepancies in system levels and values. He made recommendations for a replacement part for corrections but didn't pressure me to actually do the work right then. Felt well informed. Great work.

Colony Air installed a new downstairs unit and also replaced duct work. From scheduling to answering questions to the professionalism and knowledge of the technicians, they are the best! Their prices are highly competitive and their service top notch. I am a customer for life. Shout out to Manny, Robert and Josh to name a few of the wonderful people there!

Update 4/23 - Uriah completed my prepaid AC checks today. He was on time, perfectly professional and friendly, very thorough in his work, respectful of my home (wore shoe covers), and helped resolve an issue with the cover on a return. I highly recommend him.
