Emilio performed my yearly fall checkup maintenance on my heat pump efficiently and professionally. This was the first time this technician has been to my home but hardly the first Colony Air employee.
I have been in The Colony for 39 years. They are the only company I have needed. Always engaged, empathic, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile, they have seen me through repairs, service plans, unit replacement (after an extraordinarily long life of original unit due to good maintenance). Seriously, what more could you want? Thank you Larry and Katherine!

Jesus and his team replaced the ductwork in my attic. Loved the way they communicated with each other. The team was professional, answered any questions I had, and completed the work as promised. Paid a lot of attention to clean up too! Keep up the good work!
