Really pleased with the service we have received from Tim. Always professional and willing to explain the work. Most recently, when I asked him for his opinion on a minor issue I was having with the thermostat, he advised, but in the course of routine maintenance took a moment to investigate a potential solution. By going out of his way, he was able to resolve my issue in about 1 minute, at no cost. Great service.

Frank did an amazingly thorough job! He was very Knowledgeable and explained everything in detail to me. I would request him to come back anytime. Kudos to Colony AC!

We have a plan with Colony Air Conditioning & Heating. They have kept our AC running for 8 years. The unit was there when we purchased our home, so it is at least 15 years old.

Our air conditioning went out on the hottest day of the year! 103, dangerous heat. It was 95 degrees in the house. Frank was able to come out the same day (on a Sunday) to get us back up and running! I'm so glad I've trusted this company with my unit!

Have used Colony A/C for years ... in fact they replaced our entire system years ago. They are the best in their field. My tech today for my Spring maintenance was Matt and he was fantastic. I have never met one of their techs that was not courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Logan in the office is on top of the scheduling and is quite helpful in all my needs. This company is at the top of their field in every category. I highly recommend Colony to everyone needing a trustworthy & dependable a/c-heating company.

Technicians were quick, friendly and efficient. The pricing is a little on the higher side, but you get what you pay for. Quality, on time service, open communication, a good warranty program and extremely knowledgeable technicians who participate in ongoing training can be worth it to avoid future headaches.
