We love Expo! They have been our heating and A/C company for about 9 years. They are honest, fair, and really know their stuff. They have been great to work with on repairs for our old units over the years. And we just had them install new systems which are amazing! I highly recommend Expo and have recommended them to anyone who would listen. 😊

Called Expo after using HomeAdvisor. We had gotten a quote from another company who it seems had only checked the age of the furnace and said it needed to be replaced. Called Expo and got an appt. for the next day. Technician Isaac was prompt and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. He also suggested we budget for a replacement furnace.
Thank you, Expo, for hiring honest young men. We will contact this company to replace our furnace.

I'm writing this review to give recognition where it's due, to an HVAC tech(is that the correct term?) named Isaac. I've used Expo for years now to do yearly maintenance on my system and Isaac has been my tech for the past few visits. He's polite and courteous and most of all, honest. He's looking to fix the problem, not find other problems to charge you for(which I've felt was the case when working with other repair companies). Expo had already earned my business for their integrity in the way they do business and having employees like Isaac further proves that I'm doing business with the right people. Thank you Expo and thank you Isaac. You guys are awesome!

There is absolutely no better company to repair your home AC... period. I have lived in hot climates my entire life and have never dealt with such prompt professionalism. I had a major repair done just recently. Not only did they offer the best rates, they REFUSED to add on additional work that every other company suggested or insisted on. This saved me hundreds of dollars. And get this, they just came out for FREE to deal with a thermostat issue I was dealing with because "we just care about our customers". WHO DOES THIS????? Finally, let me just say a word about the tech Isaac. He's thorough, cordial, explained everything in detail, and even showed up at the end of the repair to make sure the work was to his satisfaction. I highly suggest you ask for him by name. You won't be sorry.

I have had so many bad experiences with HVAC companies.... This has been such a breath of fresh air (pun intended). -- Get this, they even knocked off a hundred dollars off my invoice because they just felt like it. This wasn't asked for and expected... Shocked? I was too. (Please don't expect this!)

Don't look anywhere else. Just don't. The owner even answers all the phone calls.... Call them!

We have been a customer for several years, and would trust no one else when it comes to our AC. Jubron and his people are the very best at what they do, and genuinely CARE about meeting your needs as a customer.

Honest, upfront about what needed to be done and best value. I only needed an a/c replacement (condenser and cooling) for an old Freon system to a new a/c. All other components were on top shape. I received four other quotes that were more expensive (apples to apples) or wanted to go as far as replacing the ENTIRE HVAC system.

Plus, the installation team showed up EXACTLY as scheduled, were professional and courteous, and minimized any disruptions.

I would recommend Mr Jubran and his team and plan to call again for routine maintenance (for the record, a neighbor recommended Expo HVAC). They EARNED my business fare and square.

Amazing experience with Expo and highly recommend. As we are currently experiencing a shortage of new units in Houston area due to reduced mfg associated with COVID, Expo owner reached outside of the Houston supply chain to find me a system. They then drove 1.5 hours each way to pick it up; they had it installed in less than 24 hours from when I called them. WOW! With the shortage of units and having to drive to get a system, they did not even attempt to increase the price from the quote I had from several weeks back. Definitely earned my future business. Unit installed and cooling nicely. Installers very nice & professional.

We came home from vacation to our upstairs unit not cooling. Called Expo that night and we got a call back right away. Technician was at the house the next morning and fixed the problem quickly! Wonderful service!!

My AC unit needed to be replaced. I called them and a technician showed up the same day. He was very thorough with the process and gave me a quote. I agreed with it and they scheduled a complete installation the following day in the afternoon. Jorge, the technician, kept consistent communication with me and answered all the questions I had. Excellent customer service, efficient, and fast.

Definetly recommend! My furnace went out and I requested a quote here from yelp. Not even 10 minutes passed when I had the quote. Also, after I responded he gave me a time for the next day to come out! Isaac was amazing! Kind, and great customer service. I highly recommend this company!
