I have done business with this Company for the past 16 years. They have serviced my personal residence as well as rental properties that I have owned. I've rated them Five Stars because of the wonderful and professional service they provided me. Precise Technical Services removed and replaced my 19 year old AC System with a completely New one and were able to complete installation in one day! The folks there are awesome people to work with. Always on time, professional. I would highly recommend this Company because of my experience working with them.

Precise is the best! They got us scheduled super fast and the new AC install was done! Precise had better pricing than the other companies I called even with a better quality brand.

This Precise Technical Services service truck decided to recklessly cut me off at the very last second of a long line of vehicles stopped, causing me to slam on the brakes coming inches of colliding.. older Hispanic man. Eldridge and I-10. No courtesy wave or anything, just stared as if I was in the wrong. Well done sir.

I would like to preface this review by noting that I know the very minimal about how my AC system works. I researched as much as I could and I knew my system needed either major work or replacing because it was very old, very noisy, and wasn’t cooling. That said, I was nervous I would be taken advantage of and decided to get multiple quotes from different companies so I could research further.

Ultimately we decided on Precise Technical Services pretty much as soon as their initial visit was over. They were very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. They helped me understand why my system was failing and explained what my options were to get my system up and running.

The repair itself was quick, parts needed arrived quickly, and my system is running perfectly.

After my repairs, I had more questions and concerns. My phone calls were all met with the most polite and professional answers from their office. Overall, I’m very satisfied with them. I am super happy with the work they completed and I’ll definitely recommend them to others.

This company has has the worst customer service. I called them almost a week ago and the ladies in the office have been telling me every day they are coming but they never show. There previous work was not diagnosed properly. Now telling me if I don't like there wait to get someone else. Ladies in the office tell you they are going to return your calls and don't. I have also spoke with the owner and haven't gotten any help from him either.

Always great service, and completely trustworthy. Have been using them for years at all of my business locations and my residential property.
