The two technicians arrived on time and checked the HVAC system inside and out--took less than 20 minutes. Everything checked out well. I highly recommend Expo Heating & Cooling!

I have used Expo Heating and Cooling Inc several times now. The first time I selected them was due to their availability. They are able to fit people in within a few days. (Super important in Texas during the summer!)

The last time they looked at my unit was due to the AC no longer blowing cool air. They told me I had a crack in my evaporator coil and quoted me a price that had me sweating. I called several other AC service companies in the Houston area. Their price was about average, which made me feel more comfortable.

They were able to quickly do the job the next work day. Showed up promptly (they have been on time every time they came over). They showed me that they had ordered the name brand part that they quoted me for and showed me the damage on the previous coil. They even installed a thermostat for free when they repaired the unit.

I would recommend using their services if you are having AC issues in North Houston area.

A few days ago HVAC HEROES came to my house and charged me $69.95 to diagnose my ac issue. The guy ended up telling me I had to pay $7,000 for several things that needed to be replaced. I wanted a second opinion so I called EXPO. Twal Jubran from Expo called me and said he would take a look FOR FREE! He checked in the attic just like the guy from HVAC HEROES and found that the only thing needed was a new filter! He even sent me which filter to buy for my unit. Now my ac is running great again. Expro got a technician out to our house same day. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed our AC unit in about 40 minutes. Very professional, we will definitely use them again.

Same day service, they arrived about 2 1/2 hours after I called. Courteous the entire visit. Repaired within minutes and it was reasonably priced. Can't ask for anything better than that!

I wanted to replace the old builder grade HVAC systems in my home. I got quotes from two different companies that were way out of budget. They inspected the system, explained things that needed to be changed, and answered all my questions. The quote Jubran gave me and financing options were very reasonable. Also, they offered to change the rusted drain pans free of charge. On the day of the installation the technicians were punctual. They put cloth on the floor to prevent any mess and replaced my HVAC system in a timely manner. They asked me to inspect the work once finished, and Jubran called to follow up. Jubran did the paperwork, unit warranty, and registration. I got ten years part warranty and two years of labor. I am very pleased with the services. No complaints! I highly recommend this company and I will continue to use them in the future. This is a company you can trust to deliver! They will give you what you need at the best price possible.

RECOMMEND HIGHLY - professional, on time, fair price - went the extra mile. I had a power surge which burned up my ac - I called them the next day and within hours they had checked over the unit to verify what was wrong, delivered and installed a new unit the same day.
