Jeffrey and technicians were very helpful and professional. Another company had incorrectly diagnosed problem that was going to cost me much more and would not have resolved the issue. Douglas Mechanical is my new HVAC provider of choice.

Douglas Mechanical was really great. They worked with me on scheduling and did an exceptional job on site of fixing the problem. The receptionist and the technician were extremely professional at their job.

Douglas Mechanical installed our AC over the summer and has replaced a part on the furnace this winter. It’s been a long time since I’ve dealt with such a professional HVAC company. Technician Huff has been out to the house twice for service. He is kind, patient and knowledgeable. I’m so glad I found Douglas Mechanical!

From the time that I called to request a repairman till completion of the job I was 100% satisfied with the professionalism and the trustworthiness of everybody involved. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of and would totally recommend Douglas mechanical to anybody needing HVAC repairs.

Let me begin with saying, "Our experience with Douglas Mechanical has been 'remarkable' and 'outstanding'!" Scheduling was easy & convenient. Everyone with whom we came into contact was "very pleasant", kind, courteous and accommodating. Every question was answered without hesitation.
When we woke up Thursday morning, little did we expect that we'd be looking at a major purchase that day. Both, my wife and I are on fixed income; she is retired and I'm on disability, so the budget is super-tight these days, especially in the current economy these last couple of years. Furthermore, our credit score is not exactly "stellar" anymore. So, what a shock it was when we learned that we needed to replace the entire HVAC system. We didn't know what we were going to do or even how we could possibly do anything. So, we prayed to Jesus.
Everyone was nothing but professional. Your Call Center Personnel were wonderful and helpful. The repair tech, Jake was great! He appears to enjoy his job & is very personable. Here's a thought; he should think about doing his own show on HGTV, "Jake the Repairman"... who knows? It could happen. (Throw me a little finder's fee when he gets famous. Lol.)
Sonny was wonderful-very conversational, pleasant & helpful. He explained everything well & showed us the options we had, when we didn't know what we were going to do. We've been purchasing a home warranty from another company for a few years and, as in the past with them, again we were disappointed with them when we learned how little they would help in this situation. Sonny was indeed God's instrument of guidance to us that day. Jesus made a way for us, through Sonny and his expertise, when we thought we had no way. Great experience. Outstanding!
The installation crew was great as well. They were in and out in a little more than four hours. I thought that was very impressive. They were very friendly and very professional as well. Everything looks great & appears to have been done very well. When they left, one could barely tell anyone had even been here. Superb job!
We have been so impressed by Douglas Mechanical. From start to finish was on 28 hours! Jake was here at 10am; then Sonny was here by 1pm. The installation crew was here the next morning at 9am and completely finished around 2pm or so. We've never experienced this level of service before; and, that's in every aspect of contact with Douglas Mechanical. Absolutely Superbly Outstanding!
