The complete lack of communication and willingness to accept any form of responsibility for the issues in making our repairs is completely unacceptable. A simple disclaimer on a website does not excuse the lack of transparency, lack of communication, the unwillingness to admit that the repair will not be completed on time, or the inability to make the repair at all. Working with Douglas Mechanical has been abhorrent in every regard.

They are professional, great with communication and responsive from the start to the finish of the project and the follow-up appointments.There was a small hiccup after installation, I made one call immediately. Their response was swift and had someone back at the house to check everything out the same day.

Been with Douglas Mechanical for almost a year now after we had a major issue with our HVAC last spring. Eric, our service technician, has been our requested technician each time. He is always professional, on time to scheduled maintenance, and does an excellent job. We appreciate all your work and assistance!

I was charged for an unclog repair two days after my maintenance visit. The unclog is included in the maintenance, but was not completed thoroughly, requiring a repair visit which was an additional charge. Douglas Mechanical realized this mistake and reached out, apologizing for the repair charge, made a prompt refund to my credit card, and add two additional service maintenance visits to my account as a courtesy for my inconvenience.
It is uncommon in today's business world to have a business owner that truly cares about his customer's experience and will contact them directly when they were dissatisfied with a service, but that is exactly what Mr. Hatfield, the owner of Douglas Mechanical did.
He not only corrected the charge error by promptly refunding my card, but took responsibility for the annual service not being done thoroughly. He made sure I had his direct contact number to call to avoid any problems like this in the future. Wow, who does that anymore?!
I bought a complete AC/heating system from Douglas Mechanical and use them for my twice a year maintenance. I highly recommend Douglas Mechanical and Joe, their very knowledgeable and professional technician..

Professional, personable and willing to work with my schedule to allow me to meet and see what the problem was in my home. Melissa and Aaron,the technician, took tile to allow me to understand problem ,how it was fixed along with showing me the actual data on screen. I plan to call again if I need any additional help.
