Everyone at Douglas Mechanical is professional, friendly, and responsive! I called this morning regarding a question on our installation, and Kendra called me back with 5 minutes to give me a complete explanation! Douglas Mechanical is awesome, and I’m so glad we found them! Thank you for your excellent service!

We were experiencing heating issues, and I called the office and spoke with Megan. She was very kind and scheduled a service tech out during the exact time frame I was requesting.
Chris was our service tech, and he checked all three of our furnaces over and gave us an excellent explanation on what he discovered. He resolved all of our issues and gave us the good news that our units were all in good working order. I called the office to commend Chris on his great service, and Lisa kindly reminded me that they are there 7 days a week in case we ever need anything. That is very comforting to know, especially during these cold temperatures we're currently having! Thank you, Douglas Mechanical, for providing such great service!

The Tech was very courteous and found the problems quickly. He repaired the system fast. He even helped me out at no charge to open my air duct. I highly recommend Douglas Mechanical.

This was sent out to fix my A/C units by my warranty company and they too care of the problem and got my units back working very fact in February 2023.

My units went out again and I called my warranty company requesting they send Douglas Mechanical out again since the were the last ones out. The wouldn’t not send them, instead the sent another company and they didn’t do anything and a week later I had to call the warranty company again and insisted again and the sent a 2nd call option request so this company can fix my units.

I will give you all the warranty company information after I get my A/C back working.

I told them I would cancel them after my systems are fix.

Sammie helped me out in a very professional and polite way. She is very nice and I will definitely speak with her next time.

Douglas Mechanical A/C & Heating is a great company to work with. They installed a new unit for us last year and are always prompt and responsive to our needs.

Technitian Mech Douglas was very patient with me detailing about both the obvious and suspected issues. After identifying the problem, he thoroughly explained and gave recommendations regarding the issue. Before performing the maintenance he even took the time to inspect other concerns that I had. I appreciated the level of attentiveness.

Jake came out to repair our system as the thermostat was blank. It literally took Jake 1 minute to find and repair the issue and have our house warming again. He has been the absolute best technician we have ever had the experience to work with and we have had so many fly by night repairmen in and out of your house.
Jake is the most polite individual, very respectful, down to earth country boy and if any has to use Douglas Mechanical I highly recommend Jake Stewart!!!

Huge shout out to my friend, HVAC Momma and her company, Douglas Mechanical, Inc.. I had a tech here first thing this morning rescuing me.
If you need HVAC services, commercial or residential, I highly recommend them!
They are fast, easy to connect with and efficient.
My tech Michael was so nice and went over everything with me in detail before moving forward and their pricing is soooo reasonable.
Super thankful for trustworthy service and for a much cooler house!!
