Excellent service and they really got me out of a bind when another company dropped the ball and weren’t able to get the parts to get the HVAC system working again before Easter! Thanks Sean! Fast/friendly/reliable service and went out of their way to make sure we had air conditioning before the Easter holiday!

I had an extremely poor experience with this company unfortunately. I came across their services via a Groupon they were offering. Before I purchased the Groupon, I was sure to check that I was in their service area, as I know that many of these companies only service certain locations. The Groupon website specifically says that they service: Roanoke Trophy Club Westlake Southlake Grapevine Keller Colleyville N. Richland Hill Hurst Bedford Euless Arlington Flower Mound Coppell Lewisville Carrolton Fort Worth Irving
Perfect! I'm in Fort Worth and the city of Fort Worth is on their list, so I bought the groupon. I called right after to book the appointment. When I called, the receptionist put me on hold to check that I was in their service area. She came back and told me that she thought I was out of their service area, but that she would check with a manager and call me back. I explained to her that I specifically checked the service areas listed on Groupon to make sure I was part of the service area before I bought it, so I believed that to be a mistake. I also asked that when she spoke with a manager, she explained that to them that the Groupon states that they service the City of Fort Worth and that I am in the city of Fort Worth. On top of that, I am not even close to the city limits or anything questionable, I am in 76132. She called back and told me I was not in their service area. I was definitely upset at this point. I asked her to contract Groupon on my behalf since the information on their page was wrong and she said she couldn't. Which will be another call, waiting, and headache for me. On top of that, I can't get a refund from Groupon, only a credit that has to be used in 24 hours. I asked for a call back from their manager to see if they could make an exception, but apparently they were available to answer her question but not to call me back promptly. Very poor experience and customer support.
