I know almost everyone has had a good experience with them but I didn’t. I got rescheduled twice and every time they would reschedule it would be another week or two out of the initial appt time. If you’re rescheduling people, those should be the first come and I didn’t feel like I was that priority to them. My last reschedule, they wanted me to change it because there were other people who didn’t have a/c so they were gonna push me back again as if I didn’t already wait. I get helping the people in need but why make a schedule if you’re gonna do that. I’m sure they’re a great business but for me they’re a no go.

Right on time. Sean was nice, personable, (cute!) and very knowledgeable. Didn't try to "upsell" us anything. Charges were very reasonable. Rob (the owner) is great to work with also. As our A/C went down Fri late afternoon, he gave me suggestions on a couple of things to check. Hands down our new HVAC company!

Our AC died, right in the midst of 100+ heat wave. I reached out to Robert with AC & Heat Solutions and despite a booked schedule, he arranged to make us a priority. He arrived the next morning, immediately identified and corrected the issue, answered all our questions & even provided us with a clearer understanding of our system. Their pricing was excellent & was shockingly lower than what we anticipated. i always call AC & Heat Solution for my HVAC system. I do the routine maintenance plan for a Summer and Winter Pre-check. They keep my systems up and running so I don't have a breakdown in the middle of the night. They can usually show up same day if I have any issues. I highly recommend them.

When this week's heat wave hit DFW, only one company could see me within 72 hours, and they saw me within 24 hours. It was AC & Heat Solutions. From the initial phone call to the formal diagnosis, they put my mind at ease saying that my description of the problem sounded like a text-book capacitor issue (a relatively inexpensive fix), which proved to be the case.

Even though they accidentally lost my contact information, they held my appointment time, figuring I'd call if they didn't show up. I actually called before-hand to confirm, which is when they shared that mistake. Nonetheless, the service technician, Sean, was on his way and ended up being on-time.

When Sean entered my house, he removed his shoes without my asking. He welcomed my watching over his shoulder to learn, and he even taught me what he was doing along the way. After identifying the fault in the capacitor, he proceeded to make sure everything else was functioning properly.

After fixing my AC, Sean taught me how to keep my AC units clean, and went into my attic to examine my duct work in order to help me know why one of my rooms hasn't cooled properly for the past several years (turns out, one of its ducts isn't connected).

I never felt like I was receiving a sales pitch from Sean, just helpful tips for getting the most out of my AC.

They've been taking care of my AC system for a few year now, and I have no complaints. They come when expected or give me a revised expectation. The explain what they are doing and why. The leave clear invoices for work performed. Their prices seem competitive.

Jeff was great! He took time to explain different items and didn't try to up sell to 'bigger' and 'better' products. He understood what my home needed and recommended what was best for the house.
On the day of the install, the crew arrived on time and actually finished up ahead of schedule. They were professional and treated my home with care.

My A/C went out this afternoon. I was baby sitting and was frantic. We our unit installed by AC Solutions 10 years ago and I can always depend on their service. He was here in a couple of hours repaired the issue and cleaned the unit. Great to be a part of the AC Solutions family!
