AC & Heat Solutions

We had been with NO A/C for 10 days, battling with the Home Warranty company and their HVAC repairman (100+ degrees outside). We were told the part needed is out of stock with no eta. That was the end of it as far as they were concerned. I called Rob with AC & Heat Solutions. He sent Sean over asap. Sean confirmed the need the part, but came back later the same day with the "out of stock" part, and fixed our A/C. Super responsive, nice, neat and quick; not to mention extremely fair on the price. My go to guys from now on for my home and business. THANKS Rob and Sean

These guys are great. Jeff is very honest and sincere and followed through on everything exactly as he said. The crew was courteous, respectful and hard-working. Jeff took the time to thoroughly walk us through the use of the new systems. I now have four new AC units, cool and crisp air and a comfortable house. They cleaned up after themselves and aside from the comfortable air, you wouldn’t know they had been there!

Second time this company and their technician, Sean, have serviced our home. On both occasions, circumstances resulted in us being told by ANOTHER COMPANY one thing was wrong and it would cost a fortune to fix. We called AC and Heat Solutions, and they sent Sean out to service our HVAC and provide a second opinion. When it was all said and done, we spent less money than previously quoted and were informed that our AC was perfectly fine and that it just essentially needed some TLC. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and always helpful. Also, on the two occasions I called in, Rob (not sure if he is the owner or manager) usually returned my call. The first time he went above and beyond helping me to figure out the cost for a replacement part and labor they would charge (which we ended up not needing anyway). And the second, most recent, time he made sure my HVAC service request was fit into his busy schedule the day I called. Thank you Sean and AC and Heat Solutions for your honesty! We will make sure to sign up for your maintenance plan on our soon to be next home.

Jeff & the team installed 2 complete new AC / Heat systems in our home. The crew turned up on time and carried out an excellent installation, working late until 7 pm to get it completed same day.

I've used AC and Heating for many years. They installed a completely new HVAC system and reworked crummy duct work a few years ago, all of which has helped to heat and cool my house more evenly and efficiently. Sean is always friendly and very knowledgeable. He answers all my questions and explains things making it easy to understand. He also lets me know about other products but is not a pushy salesperson. I like to know what else is available but glad he doesn't push for the up-sale. When he was finished with the service, he left the area clean. I highly recommend them.
