Scott and Sean did a fantastic job getting our AC back up and running. They were both very professional and on-time. Could not say enough about how well they communicated in walking through the repair process and providing insight to help prevent my issue from happening again. Sean came by and was prompt and on time, courteous and didn't mind me tagging along and asking questions. I was hesitant in purchasing this offer thinking he'd come in and try to upsell me on everything and say my unit is worthless. He did the opposite, he did show me my unit is 20 years old but that it was working in good condition and just needed some adjustments and should be good to go. This make me confident that when I DO need bigger service or a new unit I'll call Sean because I do trust him to give me a good deal not just try to take money that I don't need spending. Called AC & Heat Solutions for a system check up and filter change. Sean noticed that the capacitor was starting to go bad. He was able to change it out quickly. He is always so helpful and answers my questions. Always prompt and professional. Great company to work with. Highly recommend.

Jeff and his team came out to my house and installed a 4-ton system. The whole team was very professional, very quick, and did a fantastic job. Not only was the A/C unit and Furnace the highest quality but the care they took to advise me all along they way AND how the pride they took in their work was noticeable and VERY appreciated.
