June in Texas is not the time to have AC issues, but Rob, Sean, Jeff and their team provided 5-star plus service with their quick response, their comprehensive assessment and diagnostics of my AC system, their assistance in obtaining warranty coverage, and their overall professional and helpful manner in solving my problems. These guys are the best, and I wouldn’t call anyone else!

I was extremely impress due to a time issue, my AC was not cooling during the day the days were getting hot (90+) and within 2 days they fit us in their time schedule (exchanged schedule with another customer with their approval, which show a Hugh customer service driven towards satisfactory) found the problem fixed it so it was up & running at a fair price too. Sean did a great job when asked to come out and give a second opinion. He cleaned the outside and indoor units and replaced a capacitor for $200. Another AC company quoted $9800 to replace the system when asked to just do annual maintenance. I will never use any other company again to service my AC unit.

Sean knew quickly what the problem was and proceeded to replace a worn part. He provided helpful info for future efficiency of our units as well. This is our 2nd experience with this tech and company. Extremely satisfied with both.

When we encountered issues with our HVAC system, AC & Heat Solutions was one of the contractors from whom we solicited proposals. We ultimately chose AC & Heat Solutions to perform the work due to the following key factors:

1. Attention to detail: AC & Heat Solutions invested the time necessary to survey and understand our situation, develop written proposal options and recommendations, present the options to us in a second face to face meeting, and answer our many questions.
2. Quality of Installation: We felt that AC & Heat Solutions would be capable of delivering a high quality installation due to their many years of experience (both the supervisor and the installation crew), their attention to detail, and their customer centric attitude.

In the end, we were not disappointed with the results. The equipment was installed as specified in the proposal, the system performance is in our opinion superior to the performance of the prior installation, and it was all done at a fair price.

A great company dedicated to serving the customer. They are knowledgeable, professional, responsive, reasonably priced - and honest. I rarely recommend companies, but I highly recommend AC & Heat Solutions for both equipment installations and service.
