Beyer Boys Air Conditioning & Heating

My Momma and I love the Beyer Boys. They've been around fer many years. Everyone who works there is always so kind and curtious and explains everythin very well and answers questions. The guys that have come out are always so Sweet and Kind and they like my dog, lol. She gets so excited when she sees people and enjoys makin new friends. Jesus was our Tech taday and paid her attention and she couldn't git enough. I wanna thank the whole staff, but especially our Techs that come out ta our house. Emil, my Technician, was wonderful. Even though it was 11:00 at night, and I'm sure he'd already had a long day, he was patient, efficient, knowledgable, and took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I felt confident. Thank you!

I was so impressed! I called at about 7 PM and not only was a representative there to answer my call, she found a technician available to come that same evening! The service was quick and the problem diagnosed and repaired immediately. Unreal! I thought the entire process would take days. Jesus our technician was friendly, informative and extremely thorough. I will always use Beyer for my a/c needs!

Last year our tech was AMAZING and I was very happy with Beyer. We called them again and they sent another tech out, Zachary. He was rude and unprofessional. He even told my husband that we were wasting his time, just because my husband was upset that he wanted to charge us $280 for a part we could get off Amazon for $20!!! When I confronted him and asked him why he said that, he told me he would apologize to my husband, which he never did. Seriously, so unprofessional. It was extremely evident he did not want to be here fixing our AC. Well, thats your job, if you don't want to fix AC's, get a different job.
The ONLY reason we went ahead and let him fix our AC is because I have MS and can't be in the heat.
He did give us a "$25" house call "coupon", which my husband and I knew was just a sales pitch to sell us the $280 part, and we did appreciate that, but we did NOT appreciate being treated the way he treated us.

Justin was great. He knows his stuff, is polite and respectful and more importantly he explained everything. Highly recommend.

Jose got straight to business. Taught me a few things about how my unit worked. Humored my opinions on what the causes were. All in all a genuine guy with a great sense of humor and an appropriate sense of urgency.
