I will start out by saying both the technician and salesman that came out were professional and informative. I will now get to the estimate from management. $27.995. Yes, you read that right $27,995. This is not from the salesman. He had to talk to management to get the pricing. This is just to replace duct work. This is not including any demo of the sheetrock downstairs to get to the duct work between the floors. We would be responsible for removing and then paying someone to replace the downstairs sheetrock. This price they gave us does not even include a new a/c unit. Even if it included an a/c unit, this price is ridiculous. For this price, that is a very good start for getting an in group pool put in!

I was so relieved that Beyers AC was able to come on the same day and get my AC going. Jason the technician sent to my home was very professional. He took the time to explain how the AC system works. He was able to show and explain the cause of failure. This guy was amazing! I will definitely keep Beyers Boys on my contacts for further AC needs. Thank you Jason! My service rep. did a good job of inspecting my unit recently. But he accidentally left the fan control off, which led to my home heating up. I didn't know So, I called them, and they informed me that they would send someone back out but there might be a service charge. Which was ridiculous since the rep had just been there less than an hour. A similar situation happened several years earlier, a day or so after the inspection. And I had to pay for a new motor. I lost all trust in companies because N.E. A/C tech. rigged a part on my A/C some years ago. So, we the consumer are just caught in a real fix when it comes to consumer protection these days.

Having a functional A/C is crucial here in South Texas. My A/C stopped working on Saturday afternoon and Beyer Boys Air Conditioning & Heating were ready and able to fix it afterhours, on a holiday weekend. It was awesome to call them and speak to a real person, who was kind and very professional. She dispatched a service technician right away, and the technician called to let me know he was on the way. He showed up fast, identified the problem right away, and fixed it within an hour. I can't thank this company enough, and strongly recommend them to anyone needing emergent or routing A/C work done at their residence!
