While the technicians were efficient…the overall service and pricing was nothing special. Pricing for the heat pump system installation was as high as any other competitor. Quality of the work is to be determined.

Joe worked so long and hard in this awful heat. He explained everything he worked on and I appreciated his attention to detail.

Isaiah did an excellent job. He understood the problem, and worked very efficiently to correct it. There was a delay caused by having to go to Corpus Christi to obtain a replacement motor, but I think that's normal in this day and time. Overall, I was pleased with the service I received.

Beyer Boys recently replaced my A/C system. I first met with David Beyer, yes one of the Beyer Boys, who did a comprehensive evaluation of our existing system and presented multiple solutions. I had done some research on my own prior to the meeting and was considering a top of the line replacement system they offered. He stated the system I was looking at, while very good, was overkill for my needs. That spoke volumes for his and Beyer Boys credibility. David took the time to answer all my questions to be sure I was comfortable with the agreed to solution. The two technicians arrived the next day and had the inside and outside system components installed that day. These technicians were incredibly hard working young men. They never sat around talking or wasting time. They were focused on one job…getting our new A/C system installed. They were polite and professional at all times and just as important, they left the work area in the attic clean when they were finished. They took the time to walk me through all the work they had done and gave me an orientation on the new “smart” thermostat and phone app. I highly recommend Beyer Boys for any A/C work you might need.
