Beyer Boys were extremely quick to diagnose our AC issue which was a clogged condensation drip line. Quickly quoted the work and repaired it on the spot. Quality work and service every time I call! I’m willing to pay a little extra when I know I’m getting the right service and diagnosis.

Very professional, the appointment was available immediately and the communication with the technician was great prior arriving to the house. Overall perfect. Except we need to wait for the part 4 days (per plan today); so I wish there was more inventory of main parts. Thank you for all. Now waiting on Tues.. it is a peak season super 🔥 hot. .. Today is WEDNESDAY the part arrived and installation went great. Another part was needed.. but everything successful. I'm excited to arrive home to the AC

Outstanding professionalism and courtesy throughout the process! They were at the house for 14 hours replacing the system and ensuring everything was working correctly. They were courteous and quiet. The salesman was "just the facts". No BS, no up charge, the sale was very straightforward which was refreshing to me. They were working on my system within 24 hours. Allan our salesman was attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions. He allowed us to answer without being rushed. He then followed the next Day to make sure we were satisfied. The installers were professional and friendly. Ray the supervisor came by to make sure we were satisfied.

The tech was awesome. Got the unit up and running which was a blessing. Ok, so he made me aware of the motor was going to die and we should really consider a replacement. It is what it is. He was truly responsive to all my questions. Very pleased with Beyer and when the new motor arrives I'll be even more pleased.

Joe was great. He arrived during the scheduled window and diagnosed the problem. He was quite knowledgeable and suggested two different scenarios to fix the problem. He was able to get our AC running and explained what he felt the unit needed to prevent this from happening again. Our full repair is on the calendar. Thank you for the fast response.

Jose V did our AC maintenance and was very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was important. A couple of parts were damaged and needed to be replaced. He showed me the damaged parts, explained why he recommended replacement and explained pricing as well. He was very nice and friendly and I recommend him 100%.

Such a pleasure working with. Alan came out to give me an estimate and Jesse was the technician for installation. Communication was excellent - I was sent a text with a picture of who was arriving. Very professional and hard-working. Obviously buying a new system is not exactly "fun", but they were easy to work with and made the process not so painful. Installation on a Saturday was a bonus for me! Definitely recommend!

I have to say this was the first time ever using Beyer boy's, and thus far I have to say what great service we received. Not only are they open 24hrs. They really go above and beyond there work. My technician Jason was totally an expert and knowledgeable about AC unit's, my wife and I were very impressed with his work and how he respected our house and actually listened to us explain what our problem was. Got are unit going in now time and we were able to sleep in comfort that night. Thank u Jason and Beyer boy's air conditioning. Y'all are now our to go company for future AC repairs and maintenance.
