Absolutely frustrated and will NEVER use this service again . Technician Luis Canizalez came to my home to fix the heating issue I had on Tuesday 01/31 .
Chalked it up to a dirty filter , and reset my system for $258… didn’t check my system or give me any recommendations about what to do , why it happened or potential hazards . Just reset and left . It’s now Sunday 02/05, not even a WEEK !! and I’m having the exact same issue I called about !! Called the operators letting them know and hopeful to get someone out here but told ‘ we’ll I can’t waive any fees so they will go over that for you ‘ so you’re telling me, not even a week has gone by and you want me to pay another $250+ for something that wasn’t fixed in the first place .
Beyond upset and will not be using them ever again !
