The technician, Michael Huel was very professional and thorough doing his job. Good communication. Explained his findings and made recommendations.

JT was very informative and shared ways to improve efficiency. He educated me more on my system than anyone I’ve ever called.

Clayton and Brinson were the techs that preformed the work at my residence. Each of them were very polite, knowledgeable, respectful, professional and explained everything they were going to do prior to doing it. When the work was completed they cleaned the work area to my total satisfaction. Would be very pleased with them coming back in the future.

The 2 technicians (Jesse Mendez and helper) were great, very professional, friendly, respectful of property. They did a fantastic job with the whole process and cleanup, very impressed with them. I would highly recommend them and Beyer Boys to family and friends.

Been my go to AC service since I’ve owned a home! Never had issues with them, they’re clear and concise and let me know what’s going on! Definitely will recommend to others!

Service Technician, Jeffery Combs was excellent. However, because a part is not available, and after paying over $600.00, normal heating is not possible. I was told I could use emergency heat until a part comes in. NO THANK YOU! My electric bill will probably be an additional $600.00.
All parts are covered by warranty. I need an explanation of this invoice. I’m paying salaries for your suppliers to return parts to their company?????
I want a breakout of charges. It parts are warranted, am I paying $600 plus dollars for the installation of these parts?? I’m paying for the technician to drive and get the parts that did not fix my HVAC?????
A copy of the invoice was sent to me by email. I could not open it because I do not have access to a customer portal. I called the company and an invoice was sent while I’m typing this response.

I ended up going with another company but Jesse was very professional and he came out to evaluate our project as soon as he freed up from a previous job, which ended up being almost 2 hours earlier than scheduled.

TJ was our technician!
Literally 2 hours from our call he arrived after hours at 8pm.
He was quick, professional, and experienced!
We had AC running within 2 hours of my call - during a pandemic- safe , efficient, and amazing!
I will recommend these services EVERY time!
