Thermo Techs AC Repair

We noticed the fan outside not working and the AC was not cooling. First thing I thought was to call Carlos and Thermo Techs. Very happy he came today as soon as he could. Doubled checked and made sure there was only one issue. All I can say is that we have cool air again.

I neglected my a/c he came over let me know what was wrong. Gave me prices, and started on the problem. He noticed my outside unit along with inside unit need cleaning. Showed pictures of the problem. He cleaned and maintained same day. I wouldn't have had to wait if it wasn't for the stores that had my part were closed on weekends. Thank you for the great service 😀

Very humble as well. Our system showed its best when the winter storm hit. In the 8 minutes that electricity was actually on it managed to heat my house up to a comfortable 72 degrees. SUNDAY morning we woke up with no AC I called 10 "24 hour" service companies, no response .
Although Thermo Techs were busy they made sure to get my AC up and running before the end of the day.
The technician was very upfront and honest he showed me exactly what was wrong and tested the faulty part in my presence. He made additional recommendations for future maintenance and I felt very comfortable with the proposal.

I was expecting a huge repair bill and would have paid it but I was surprised to see a fair price for a Sunday repair.

Thermo Techs is the only company I will use going forward, very satisfied

My ac gave out right at the start of summer. Called Thermotech and they had someone at my house within 30 min of the phone call. He assessed the issue and repaired and cleaned my unit fast and effectively.

Carlos from Thermo techs is incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. We have older units and the team has helped us in several after hours heating and cooling emergencies. They also do an excellent job of seasonal maintenance.

I would give 10 stars if I could! BEST SERVICE you could ask for! Carlos is AWESOME! He has gone above and beyond to make sure I get my AC working. I had to deal with the home warranty company for my repairs and they don't want to pay for anything. Carlos was there every step of the way, following up with them when I didn't have time to. I have had other companies try to rip me off because I don't know anything about this stuff, but Carlos is honest and fair. I would recommend him to anyone who needs AC maintenance or repairs.
