I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! Stay cool is extremely professional and has the absolute best customer service. I called at 5:30am and they were able to fix my problem before 11am. Mario the technician is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and did an absolute great job fixing our issue- I am so happy I have a reliable company to go to for all my AC needs!

They came asap fix the ac the same day no waiting the next day to go get parts. Everything was done in 1 day. I’m happy don’t have to sleep in the hot

Recommendation for a new more efficient FIT system with 12 yr. Parts and labor coverage. Our 15 year+ was costing to much to run and repair.

The technician was very knowledgeable about what my issue was and gave me several recommendations and suggestions. He ended up fixing my issue, as my AC stopped cooling and we have a house full of kids. They are very reliable and honest. I ended up getting a service plan not only for all the benefits it offers but because of the great service I was offered. Definitely recommend! Thank you

George, Oscar, & Christian did a phenomenal job of servicing my home on very short notice. Great professional and communication. Felt like I was apart of every moving piece and gave me no room for uncertainty or concerns. Would recommend them to any and everyone!

Mario did an excellent job. I loved his attitude even though our condominium doesn’t have parking, he had to park far, go to his car twice, and go up eight flights of stairs countless times to reach the rooftop air conditioning unit in over 100 degrees he never complained. I felt so bad for all of his hard work that I offered him a water and soda. He’d been here for hours. I’m so very pleased with his professionalism that this will be my go to company. Prior to choosing this company I’d researched and contacted other companies who had bad reviews, weren’t willing to work on rooftops, or required all this paperwork/permission from the building. We’d already been given verbal permission from the management company but apparently it wasn’t enough. I also want to comment other companies I called would hang up or have rude answering services but this company had excellent customer service both times I called inquiring about information. The best part was I wasn’t pressured into buying a new unit. Thanks again Mario for making a stressful situation pleasant one.

My a/c wouldn't turn on last night. We called the landlord and luckily they do business with Stay Cool. They called them out around 7:25pm by 8pm the tech arrived and by 8:30 pm Tony had the a/c running. He is very professional and very detailed on how he explained what it would take to get the a/c back on. Thanks Stay Cool.

Tony came out to our business from Stay Cool. He had the a/c working in an hour for a very reasonable price. He could have easily tried to sell us more or charge more. We are looking forward to having him come out to look at our home A/C. If you want a reasonable, honest quote, I highly recommend this company.

Just had Stay Cool replace our old hvac system. Price was fair and service was excellent. Took about half a day which we were thankful for to be in the heat for as little time as possible. New system works great and is quieter and will be more efficient. Glad we did this. Should have done it sooner.

Our AC stopped cooling in the middle of this crazy heat. We have a home warranty, but they said it would take 5 days for them to even look at anything. A neighbor recommended Stay Cool, and I’m so glad we called them.

After 24 hours our house was already 92 degrees, and it wasn’t even the hottest part of the day yet. Waldy was here for less than an hour, and it’s already 5 degrees cooler in here.

He was fast, courteous, and professional. I will likely cancel my home warranty and just use them going forward.
